Once we selected the pieces we wanted and went through the process of payment and signing the bill (which we were told was non-refundable, by the way), we were given a delivery date, almost 2 months out. This delivery date was not honored and when we called to check in on the said date, we were told that the furniture was "definitely on a truck somewhere in Arkansas." Huh, for a company that prides itself in providing their own transportation logistics you would think that they would know where exactly it was.
