The woman I spoke to on the phone was not only efficient but understood exactly what I wanted in flowers (somewhere between a sad white lilies and a super cheery bouquet), was able to work with my budget, and even offered same-day delivery. I feel confident not only in giving my credit card information over the phone sight unseen, but that Curly Willow will send them something lovely, and even though it won't make her pain any less painful at least I feel like I've done something to make this time a little less dark.

The furniture has been paid off for a while and they're upset that we are no longer giving them the money they don't deserve. Furniture is cheaply made and will fall apart.
