So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. I checked on Amazon, Boss had one for $53. and would have it in 4 days. l wanted was a great working unit on my bike so I can wind therapy in peace. I wouldn't recommend this place.

They tried to take my auto payment out again (after not having internet for a month) so I decided to try and get in contact with him again. I actually managed to talk to him this time, I told him I was upset and felt ignored, and his response was simply "you weren't ignored" and "what do you expect me to do about it, it's not my company", but he is literally the only person listed to be able to contact. Terry basically thought I had no reason to be upset, but when I pay for a service and do get the service, I feel like I have been scammed and stolen from. Please stay away from The Breeze TV/Starlinks TV or you'll probably be ripped off.
