These people are liars! I had the manager explain in detail the promotion they were running a week ago. I returned to buy the phone discussed and that "deal" had more caveats than he told me about. These people are liars and dishonest. Seriously, you should not use AT&T. The other carriers are much better. read more

Worst managed business I will probably ever see. There were 2 customers in the building, then was told to wait in my car till they come get me. I watched the manager playing on this phone for 10-12 minutes. (plenty of time to grab me a Sim card). After 45 minutes they let other people in before me. I go in to complain and before you know it, they won't do business with me because of my attitude. MY ATTITUDE??? Look guys... This is a customer driven business.... Not a play on my phone and have an attitude because I got called out for not doing my job.... business. I have been an AT&T customer this whole century. I've never been so disrespected in any retail experience. I've been a customer for 16 years and your employee told me he didn't care if I switched to Verizon. My wife was at the store for 2 hours the day before and we go in to finish up our purchase and after waiting another 45 minutes in line we are met with the most disrespectful experience. We have internet 2 lines and an iPad with AT&T. After all these years I assume we deserve a little more respect than what we were treated with. read more
