I respect their speed and desire to turn a bad experience into a much better one. I will update again when the issue is fully resolved. ***As a disabled veteran, I recommend that anyone needing service AVOID this dealership. We bought a zero turn mower from them 3 years ago. It was used but they told us it had been serviced by them. We never had any major problems out of it until this spring. They called us offering a Spring Special where they were supposed to go over the whole engine and service everything, making it the best it could be. It never ran properly again. They took it back twice promising to make it right and make it run. We paid them over $2000 this summer for nothing. One of their mechanics left all of the bolts out of the valve cover, which caused major problems with the engine. There were broken parts inside of the carburetor which apparently were ignored. I actually have a list of things their mechanics either did wrong or lied about. The dealership took advantage of us and stole from us by treating us this way. And because they carry the name John Deere, they have the money to get out of any problems they create. If they care about their customers, they would not have treated us this way. Shame on you, Greenway Equipment. Shame on you.
