He comes out and tell me he wasn't giving me my phone and canceled my order before even trying to give an explanation. He does not know how to deescalate a situation. He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I ended up having to call T-mobile and was directed to do a new insurance claim.
