The worst company!!! Horrible customer service!! They tell you one thing & do the exact opposite! They charged us incorrectly, so of course we called. They did not refund the fees for a few months after having to call again & again. We put our account on hold but they kept charging us! We called in & they were supposed to stop. . .but didn't!! Took two more phonencalls for them to finallynstop charging us. Today we went to natco at 415 pm & they were closed. Guess closing at 5 pm came early today!!! If your company is open mon-fri till 5, you should be open till 5! If you call in with a landline or internet problem, its never their fault. Then they add a whopping charge for the pleasure of a required contractor to come to your home. Our landline stops working almost every month. Amazing how its one click of their swithes for it to work again! Every inconvenience has been a result of incompetence. Do not recommend. Get starlink instead. read more

Mr. Mikey came to hook up my Internet today. he is a cool guy. very nice and explane every thing he was doing.

Clint installed out internet. He did a great job making sure we got everything connected and running. He even vacuumed up any mess he made.

Came out about 11/2 hours I called. He check out all possible problems right away,discovered exactly what was wrong and had part need , changed it quickly. Came checked the modem and made sure I could get on. Thank you so much Mickey for being so professional and sweet. Need more people like you. read more

Clint went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but upgraded the equipment to increase its reliability and thereby fixing possible future issues. We've had Natco for right at three years now. We pay over $100.00 monthly for this service. The problem is, I'm paying for a service that doesn't work 99% of the time. We've called and complained on numerous occasions just to have the same problems daily. We try to support local businesses as much as possible but it's hard to support a company that continues to charge full price for a service that hardly ever works. I hope and pray another reliable internet service moves to the area that can provide adequate services for the prices they charge without the same old lame excuses. To the people who run Natco: Please stop making excuses to your customers about the useless internet and FIX the issues! Three years is plenty of time to have the service properly FIXED! Im tired of wasting my money and having to go to Mountain Home to bootleg internet off of other businesses when I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES! Get it fixed and stop lying to your customers or make it right with a lower price for less than lowly service! Ours internet service is lacking BUT we are the ones who choose to live in the middle of nowhere. I see it as a trade off. My first experience with NATCO was incredible! Heath and Clint were the installers, they were here on time, constantly in motion, super clean and neat. Our landline with natco goes out on occasion. I just called them (again). 5 min. of waiting and HAVING TO LISTEN to their annoying CONSTANT advertising while I was on hold. Had to hang up cause I couldn't take it anymore. With music or something I could have hung on much longer. Of course they know this is annoying. Mature companies do better and at least switch to music after their spiel. Try putting customers ahead of yourselves please. read more

I have had NATCO DSL for sometime. I have the fastest service available in my area, which is slow. Over the last couple of years the service has been increasingly unreliable. I don't need a service call, I need NATCO to fix their lines. The service today alone has gone done intermittently every 10-20 minutes and only in the the last couple of hours is it finally stable. Yesterday it didn't go down at all. This is a country location so bottom of the totem pole for fiber. If I had another non satellite service available I would leave NATCO in a heartbeat. read more

We've had Natco for about 6 months. We are constantly calling for issues; running too slow and having blurry tv, being down bc a line has been cut or something. It took me three days and discussions with 4 different people all of which told me a different reason for my outage. Then finally they decided it was an issue they had to come out and take care of at my residence. I had to make an appointment it took another 3 days to get here and fix the problem. It was their equipment in my house having the issue. Then to top it all off they charge me $30.00 for waiting 6 days to get my internet back on. And they are way overpriced for what they provide. Will not be using them again!!! Its just a shame that people take advantage of other people just bc they can. Not a good business in my opinion at all. We've had land line and DSL for 8 years with Natco. The quality of the DSL is the poorest I've ever experienced, with download speeds of 2.5mbps max. I have to call tech support several times a year. I've been lied to by tech support and office personnel. We've been promised aerial fiber for a year now, but the date keeps moving out. If it wasn't for my own skills with computers and ISP's, and the ability to troubleshoot on my own, I'd have to call tech support at least once a month. I am paying $94 a month for basic land line and 3mbp up/1mbps down speeds. This is 20 year-old technology and puts us in the bottom 2% in the country as far as speeds go. We are on DSL, and I've been telling them for all this time it was their phone lines that were the problem. Finally, a few months ago, a tech told me I was right. It was the phone lines. I've been told the lines are original, meaning they are ~30 years old. I've also been told they don't want to have to check/repair/update them. There are only two reasons I stay with them. 1) I would like to keep my money local, and 2) we don't have monthly bandwidth limitations. Natco is a private company with only ~8,000 customers, and that customer base isn't likely to expand by much in the next decade or so. They get one star because I had to give them something. Natco will not take care of you. read more
