I went in to pick up a phone they were replacing for me because the battery was damaged. Nic, the…read morestore manger, went in the back for a very long time. instead of him getting my phone that had come in, he goes to research the issue himself so he could change the decision previously made. He comes out and tell me he wasn't giving me my phone and canceled my order before even trying to give an explanation. He does not know how to deescalate a situation. He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I ended up having to call T-mobile and was directed to do a new insurance claim. I was still given the wrong information. still without a phone all because Nic, the supervisor, would not give me my order.

We added a line for my Mom. She is not too tech savvy and was very nervous about switching her…read morephone from ATT. She was concerned that she couldn't change the SIM card etc... We live 500 miles away so we could not help in person . I called this location and spoke with Kyle. He was helpful and professional. He Said he would be happy to help her set it up once her phone was delivered. He also made sure I knew exactly what information she would need to have with her so the process would be as smooth as possible. She was able to make an appointment and Kyle took great care of her. We are very thankful that someone could help her out since we are so far away!

I came in here today with hopes of accomplishing 2 things- 1- upgrade my phone because my current…read morephone was old and the battery is awful. And 2- see if I could get assistance with our Verizon business account after spending 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon customer service with no luck. I was helped by Sean who absolutely could have shut me down on assisting me (as it's really not his problem or his department) with the billing issue we are currently having. After making it known he may not be able to help but he'd absolutely try his best to assist, he spent an obnoxious amount of time on the phone with customer service with me trying to resolve the billing issue and removing the hot spots off our account. We were successful with 1 of those 2 things which felt like a huge win seeing as the 2 hours I spent on the phone with Verizons useless customer service I couldn't even get that done. We then upgraded my phone, and the transfer took a ridiculous amount of time due to my ridiculous number of pictures I had on my phone. He was so patient, let me leave both phones there and go do what I needed to do and come back to get the new phone. The customer service here is exceptional and it's definitely the place to go and Sean is definitely the guy you want to see here!

I will be returning to this store in the future as the need arises.
