If you find problems with a house, even 1 day after move-in, they are unlikely to try to resolve the issue, except for maybe giving you the info of the home inspector's warranty. Our realtor through this company was somewhat helpful, but after the sale, it seemed like she was helpful solely to make the sale. Also, one small tip for home buyers; make SURE you do a walk thru inspection BEFORE signing the papers, AFTER all repairs/upgrades have been done.
