Furthermore, Hunter took the time to show me where things were up near my water main, including an auxillary water hose, PRV valve, and the boys left the hole they dug in a restored clean fashion so grass could regrow appropriately. There aren't many businesses in this area that want to show up and work. These folks came recommended by very trusted HVAC company in the area. Prompt, professional, and conclusive. I'd 100% use again. They spent a good few hours at my place, put a new PRV valve in. Without disclosing what I paid, I feel the invoice was extremely fair considering the work performed. We used their services another time for a water hose spout (in-ground) replacement and services/fees were similar. Props! Thank you H&H!

He quickly and diagnosed the problem. The fan was on back order and they were not sure when they could get a new fan installed. We talked back and forthwith the company . They offered to let me use a spare portable ac unit while waited, which I did not need. Later they offered to install a temporary fan while I waited for the part, I took them up on their offer. The part came in maybe a month later. All during the process they kept me up to date. This is a well run company in my view. I cannot speak to the cost that they charged because the fan motor was under warranty. The labor charges seemed reasonable. I can recommend this company without any reservations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or the technician Matt. My mother used his services in the past and things were fine initially, but over the past two years there have been repeated issues. Appointments are frequently canceled or he simply doesn't show up when scheduled. When he has come out, his behavior has been concerning enough that it made my elderly mother uncomfortable. He acts high and confused. Because of that, I've started going over to be present whenever he was scheduled to do maintenance or repairs. My mom didn't want to stop using him because she loved his Dad. Recently, my mother had to call another company from Conway to look at the system because of ongoing problems. Their technician told us that work had previously been done incorrectly, which likely caused the expensive issues we are now dealing with. I attempted to call Matt to discuss the situation and the repair costs, but the conversation was very concerning. He was slurring his words and speaking incoherently, making it impossible to have a productive conversation. I don't know what is going on personally, and I sincerely hope he gets whatever help he may need. However, based on our experience over the past couple of years, I would strongly recommend using another company unless you want to risk dealing with costly repairs later.
