It would not run call the Generac tech-support went through the steps and they recommended Sparky. Luke was my technician assigned as a faulty battery. I had him perform a service on it as well since it has not been ran in a while He gave me a total update on everything with video showing what he's doing how it ran since I was offsite. He gave me a couple recommendations. Nothing was forced on me to purchase. I I wanted an experienced technician out here and they were on Generacs list. I definitely will call them again.
