I had a leak in the drain from the washer and dryer in the kitchen so it was gray water. It's not a…read morebig leak, but it was a leak and was starting to smell under the house so I called one plumbing company and they were real busy for at least a week and I called Ray Lusk and they could be there in 30 minutes and they were and he looked at it. He took pictures. He took a video. I knew exactly what they were gonna do he said OK let me make a phone call. See how much they wanna charge you came back. This is not a big deal. It was cutting out cast-iron and putting in PVC in place so at the most maybe a two hour job at the most he came back with almost a $2000 bill which was outrageous. I couldn't believe it. I said well you know I can't afford that. I guess I'll just have to put up with it so he left. He came back with a $1200 bill and I said no I'm not doing that either. He finally came back one more time with $1000 at the most they should've called $600. It was a $15 stick. It was a 10 foot stick of 3 inch PVC I looked it up no excuse me 2 inch PVC I looked it up. It cost $15. I did it because I didn't have any choice. I needed it done that day because I was going back to work and I didn't know if there would be another plumber available. Someone had paid the money, but that is outrageous. That is outrageous that is thievery that they would even think that I would be that stupid to believe that it cost that much it's outrageous and I'll never call them back again. If I have time to get somebody else, I will not the job was top quality you ain't gonna have to worry about they did. He did a great job. He showed me pictures, but to me that was just an insult. I had a this company install a pump and clean all drain lines at my home. At a later date, I had…read morethem back out because the line past the pump was clogged. A different plumber came to the callback than performed the original installation. The present plumber explained that if the pump was doing it's job that there should never be a clog in this drain line, therefore. this proved that the previous plumber did not clean the line he was paid to clean. This fact was verified by a phone call to the previous plumber by the present plumber at the time of the call. Present plumber dug up and cleaned the line. Fast forward....the company mails me a past due bill for their admitted mess up. Upon contact with the office staff about said bill, I was met with rude accusatory behavior from Emiley, even after I personally contacted the owner and he agreed the bill was sent in error. This company is lacking a key component to a successful business: customer service. I cannot and will not ever recommend this company to anyone.
