I showed him a photo and away he went to get what was needing. Quick, fast and knew exactly what I was needing. Great service. I paid and away I went. It is really nice walking in and the employees know what they are selling and where to locate it in the store. I will return when needed to this location!

He also threw in a free item and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Highly recommend going the repair route. Repairing your broken screen is the smarter, more affordable choice compared to buying a new phone. It's also worth considering the ethical side: the longer you hold onto your current device, the less you contribute to the demand for new Apple products, which rely on minerals mined via child labor & troubling conditions. Thank you for your patience with me Darren! Great work!

EACH time I was cut off with the only option was to start over. The sixth time I attempted to transfer my service only to be dropped before completing the exchange. Total incompetence. No one at ATT Could transfer my iPhones, with my numbers, to ATT. I Don't know how this company stays in business. So, here I am with my old service cancelled and ATT unable to set up my account with my iPhones. Please, select another provider and save yourself hours of wasted time with ATT. I was offered no other help or even given the opportunity to learn more about the new iPhones. I got the message. The people at this store for whatever reason do not want me in their store or desire to keep me as a customer. I went down the road to T Mobile, and the difference in customer service was night and day. You just lost a decades long customer who has not only bought your now defunct home security system but also subscribes to DirectTV.
