From day one when Jack sat me down and started to review my case he was upfront and never sugar coated what could happen in my case. After tremendous amount of anxiety I decided to file divorce. Jack and his team jumped right in and guided me to what needed to be done. Over the course of the 14 months my case took to settle Jack and his team were always their to answer questions, be there for emotional support and fight the good fight. They always kept me well informed and always involved me in every decision while always looking out for my girls and my best interest. The outcome of my case was the best with me receiving full custody of my beautiful daughters and no spousal support. Which is super rare in the state of Washington for a father. From Robyn to Lori to Josh I couldn't feel there is a better team I could of have. In fact to the point I feel like they are family! If you are looking for the best, well Jack Berner and his team is it! Thank you Jack, Josh, Robyn, and Lori! I am eternally grateful to you!

Representation was costly, but I am so thankful to have chosen them. They handled our case, and us, with so much integrity, dedication, honesty, and care. My initial lawyer forgot to request an appeal following my 3rd attempt of filing for social security. As it had been longer than 60 days from receiving the denial letter when I found out the appeal request had never been sent in, I had to start the entire process over. I began looking for a new lawyer after receiving the first denial letter after starting the process over. I had submitted the request for a ehearing and was 6 weeks out from the hearing date when I found Gustad Law Group. All other lawyers turned down my case due to the complexity of my case as well as the short timeline that remained until the hearing. The team at Gustad Law group immediately began working with me on the case. They were very friendly and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. After prepping me for the hearing everything went extremely well and I had an approval letter within a few weeks of my hearing. Thank You Gustad Law Group!

Kruse and her team are on your side 1000% and will fight for your rights and your sanity every step of the way. There is no one else I would want in my corner than Attorney Kara M. Kruse and her team. It takes a team to get the best outcome for you. Nothing is guaranteed, but I had a peace through the process knowing that she was on my side. Ignore the 1 star reviews from people that have never sat face to face with Attorney Kara M. Kruse and her team I have, nor have they ever done business with her and her firm. Not sure how this next round will play out as I'm in a 90 day cooling or waiting period, but if I need someone I would undoubtedly reach out to Attorney Kara M. Kruse and her team in hopes she is available since she is very good!

First one lawyer/admin/paralegal took my call and gave me an estimate. Then she scheduled a 2 hour call with another lawyer in the firm. By the end of the 2 hour call, the new lawyer then gave me another estimate to finish the project that was way higher than the initial quote but I feel obligated to continue with them because of the 2 hour ($600+) sunk cost. What was more unacceptable was that the lawyer's response was not timely. Sometimes she didn't respond for 4 or 5 days after multiple follow up emails. And she claimed that she didn't receive the final signed document from the opposing lawyer due to email server issue (which I received through regular consumer Gmail account). I am not sure if she is telling the truth. If she is, I wouldn't want to work with a firm that has unstable email servers that may miss important legal emails.

Robert Miller gave me honest feedback and realistic expectations, making the decision to retain him easy. Throughout my case, everything was handled promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. I was blown away with how well Mr. Miller presented in court at each hearing. He is direct, fact-based, and articulate with an incredible knack for saying the things that need to be said without being derogatory. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Miller. I realize good facts do more for one's case than the attorney, but I firmly believe I would not come away with what I did had I not been represented by him. He handles everything with a precision that leaves the opposing counsel fumbling and stumbling. - JD P.S. I saw several reviews that pointed out how "little" he does versus how "much" is done by his paralegal. News flash: that's how it works and it's not a bad thing. Mr. Savage was able to quickly pick up my case when my former firm/attorney retired from family law. He acted with urgency, making time to review all previous materials and correspondences, to meet with me to understand my goals, and clearly communicated next steps and timeline. It is clear to me that Mr. Savage is very comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to family law. He was able to catch small things that my previous attorney missed or actions the former firm had taken that were no longer the standard. This keen eye for detail made all the difference in my case and we were able to get a parenting plan in place, despite a lack of cooperation from the respondent, during our first hearing. Mr. Savage was incredibly responsive and even caught an after-hours declaration the respondent emailed hours before the hearing. He notified me right away and advised me of the next probable steps, eliminating concerns I had over the last-minute response. I was also impressed with Mr. Savage's integrity; for example he informed the commissioner of the respondent's declaration despite its untimely arrival and the respondent failing to appear at the hearing. My overall experience was 5 gold stars! Huge thank you to Mr. Savage and team.
