Every appointment felt rushed, and I always had the impression that the focus was on getting patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than providing quality care. My dental cleanings were extremely fast and much more aggressive than I've ever experienced with any other dentist. My gums would bleed significantly after almost every cleaning, which had never happened to me before. I also had multiple fillings done, and over time every one of those fillings has come out. That has completely undermined my confidence in the quality of the dental work I received. Another concern was that my cleanings were performed by the dentist rather than a dental hygienist, which made the appointments feel even more rushed. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the quality of care and have not returned and will NEVER EVER return.

She was experiencing significant dental pain, and we were initially told that the office accepted her insurance. Once we arrived, however, we were informed that insurance would not be used for her particular problem and that we would need to pay the full balance ourselves. Because my mother was in considerable pain, we agreed to proceed. We were told that what appeared to be an infection required drainage and cleaning. She initially felt better after the procedure and pain medication, but the relief lasted only about three days. Her pain gradually returned and, by the seventh day, had become excruciating. We then took her to her regular dentist, who performed additional imaging and determined that she needed a root canal. When I contacted Pacific Dental to discuss what had happened and express my concerns, the office staff came across as dismissive and defensive rather than helpful or understanding. I understand that dental conditions can sometimes require additional treatment, but the combination of the unexpected insurance issue, the temporary relief, and the way our concerns were handled made this a very poor experience for our family.

This tooth had already gone through two root canals, and another dentist recommended replacing the crown. Instead, Dr. Dino resolved the infection with an antibiotic gum injection, followed by dental hygiene care two weeks later. Now it's May, and my tooth feels healthy and fresh again. No more odor, no more infection, and he saved my crown. The hygienist, Kimberly. Her excellent care truly enhanced the results of Dr. Dino's treatment. Two words immediately come to mind: thorough and intelligent.. I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. Oh I was waiting to write this review. I am not the type of person to complain, but the encounter I…read morejust had with the office manager showed me that this place does not care about their patient's feelings. I got my teeth done with doctor Turner, and since then I have had complications. I cannot chew or floss on the lower left side, and have extreme pain on the upper right side. Last time when I came into the office, he forced the floss through my lower left side, which caused immense pain. I tried to tell him that the tooth is overfilled, however he kept saying it just needed to be adjusted, which he proceeded to do. Even after multiple adjustments, there was no change and at this point he proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do about it. When it came to the upper right side, he said he didn't see anything on the X-Ray and continued to say that it was due to me grinding my teeth and that I just needed to get desensitizing toothpaste. I did not only feel dismissed and not cared for, but he also made me feel like I was crazy and was just imagining things. I left the office crying in my car, feeling defeated and shot down. So, since there was nothing that they offered me to do, I went to a new dentist, just to get a second opinion, who then found that the lower left side was way too overfilled, and that for the upper right side, the filling was too close to the nerve, pushing against it and causing pain. I then decided to reach out to the office manager, whose name is Jenny, here, and let me tell you, she had no sense of customer care, empathy, and understanding. She kept mentioning that this is on me and that they could've helped me, even after I kept telling her that I was told there was nothing he or they could do. She also stated that they couldn't refund me my money that I paid for the fillings, since they "did the job". I kept telling her that while they might've done the job, they did it wrong and caused me a lot of complications, pain, and money loss. And honestly, at the beginning I wanted my money back, but after talking to her and how she also proceeded to make me feel dismissed and crazy, and that this is mostly my fault, I did not even want my money back. She also proceeded to tell me that i have no clue about dentistry and that my new doctor is just trying to trick me, yet after going to my new dentist, my pains and complications went away, which she did not want to hear or just proceeded to ignore. Again, horrible customer service and just no sense of understanding the pain of a patient. I just want everyone to know how little they care for their patients and that they truly don't care about your well-being, which was just proven to me by the office manager a few minutes ago, as well as Dr. Turner. He truly needs to retire, since I don't think he is at the age to do his job right, coming from someone who got their teeth done with him. I will be going to the board about this, and not because of the money, but because of how I was treated as a patient because this was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in my life.
