We just had the Christmas feast that Russ' sells. Oh what a bargain this was. Ham steaks (three pounds of them) Glaze Mashed potatoes Gravy (real foodies will call this as Espagnole) Green beans Sweet corn Apple sauce Russ' amazing dinner rolls A whole apple pie Using the old double quarterpounder rule (if you are really hungry you get two quarterpounders) this will feed six people at feast level comfortably. It could stretch to eight without being a big deal. I added Mac and Cheese, (almost as good as my own) cole slaw, and a whole pumpkin pie. I was only feeding four, so three days have passed and we still have not finished the leftovers. Russ' has always been one of my go to places for good food at a fair price. It still is. (Now if I could only get them to wash my dishes for me (just kidding))

Always a treat to stop into any Russ'! The staff are always friendly, food is fresh and reminds me of days gone by. The fried chicken dinner is an absolute must along with a cream puff on the way out the door. The perch sandwich in the picture is also incredible! Love it here, and am excited for the soup and salad bar to open back up sometime soon!

At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

Very well staffed and once a table was free they were busting it and setting up the next group. (Has been told a 30-45 min wait so it was on the lower end of the time given- which you can appreciate that). All that to say this place has TVs for Any and all watch parties for sporting events but also a quieter side if you're focused on company and dinner. Our server was in tune to our needs and stopped by enough even with how busy. And the food is amazing! It's why people stop in for great flavor and big portions at a decent value. We started with the cheesy bread sticks because it's just one of the best shareable appetizers that even our kids love: ranch or marinara dipped you can go wrong! My wifes shrimp fettuccini pasta was so delicious , the in house sauce was so rich and creamy. My chicken parmigiana was also tasty with a mix of flavors that came together. Our kids meals were also decent size. We left we leftovers for another meal. Highly recommend and there's so much to explore on the great menu too.

She had our drinks out promptly, took our order efficiently, and asked all the right questions to make our dinner just what we wanted. I appreciated her suggestion to cut into the steak on my steak salad as soon as she delivered it to ensure it was cooked to my preference (which it was). Refills came when needed, and she was personable throughout our visit. In an industry where it is so hard to find good service workers, Monelli's has a gem in Samantha T!

We arrived right at 5 pm on a Friday and the place was almost full already! We were surprised but happy for them, and glad to get a nice cozy two-top in a back corner. We were greeted by our awesome server and ordered some food -- two different mortadella sandwiches and an order of fried pickles to start. Neither of us ordered drinks, but I saw some fun-looking cocktails coming over to nearby tables. The fried pickles came out first and they were perfection. I don't usually get this appetizer because I don't like fried pickle spears, but these were thin chips. The ratio of the fried pickle chip vs. spear is way better. And these came with the best runny ranch. It was a huge portion to split between the two of us, so we had lots left over. Our sandwiches came out shortly after and looked amazing. They were super stacked with tons of meat! I really liked the addition of the grainy mustard which helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. My friend liked hers - it had pistachio butter and ricotta (similar to a delicious sandwich I ate at a wine bar in Detroit). Portions are large and it's a cozy, neighborhood spot. They have rotating food features and are always helping out their community with free meals and other philanthropic ventures. Check them out!

We were seated quickly, the interior was nicely decorated with Mardi Gras beads. It took a while for our server to come to greet us and eventually bring our drinks. I enjoyed the variety of drink offerings! I was torn between a few items and asked the servers recommendation. I ended up choosing a Korean chicken bowl. The flavors were okay but for almost $20 felt a bit lackluster. Our friends told us the burgers are a must try so maybe in the future that would be what I try instead. Our server seldom came to our table, we had to flag her down to order more drinks and even then she forgot and we had to remind her we placed another drink order. The restaurant was not very busy and we could see her chatting with a table that seemed like employees or family members of employees as people were coming in and out of the kitchen to sit at the table. We had a table of four (two couples) and the server would not split our bill which was fine but a bit inconveniencing. I appreciate local, family owned businesses but felt that our experience was a bit off on this night. I love the mission of Two Guys and their community engagement so I will likely try them again, it could've just been a rough night.

The team is organized, quick and very nice! Note they do sell out fast but as to be expected they have amazing food! The portion sizes are HUGE! We split the fries between a family of four (two small children, two adults) and it was perfect! There fried pickles are no joke! They are spears and you get a bunch! They also have the best sweet potatoe fries! Very crispy and seasoned well. And the main event was the smash burgers! They were still pretty thick but packed so much flavor! The patty had a nice crispy edge and those caramelized onions were amazing with the American cheese! We also had a crispy chicken sandwich what made it was the avocado spread because overall the patty was a little bland. Maybe a spicy option would be an idea! We also tried the onion rings and those were great too! Things to note for consumers: they offer ketchup packets maybe like 2 or 3 per order (we had a lot of fried food so it didn't seem enough for all we got plus we had 4 people sharing these). Because we had a ton I would have loved a ketchup pump or at least a ton more packets. As far as dipping sauces, they have an array of flavors but they charge for each one. That adds up quickly. Maybe the first one free with your sides? Sides are called "beach bites" and they are $8 each. Well priced and hefty on portions! We saw people getting the chicken bites and let me tell you those plates were literally stacked! And they looked super crispy! Burgers and sandwiches range from $10-16 depending on what you get. Lots of great options! The line was LONG!!! But they give you a beeper with a number on it once you place and pay for your order. That helps keep people from piling up in front of the window. What a great idea! The vibe of this food truck is definitely that fun beachy feel. I would recommend this food truck over and over again!
