My car got totaled a while back and these people charged me $130 to take my grill guard off and…read morereturn it to me. When I went to pick it up, the grill guard was laying in the back of the Jeep. They had taken the guard off, but not the brackets. The lady at the front desk tried to tell me that THE BRACKET MOUNTS came stock on the jeep. I explained to her that they absolutely were not stock and that they had come with the grill guard when I bought it. So that makes them part of it and I needed them in order to put the guard on the other jeep that I was getting. She tried going back-and-forth with me until one of the mechanics walked up and looked at her like she was crazy for arguing so much about it, then told her I was right. The guy took the car back and got the brackets off in about 10 minutes. Probably even less than that. All things considered, this place has terrible service and overcharges their customers. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for similar services.

The shop diagnosed a solenoid block failure, along with leaks, and performed repairs costing over $3,000. Immediately after the repair, my vehicle exhibited new issues, including grinding sensations and heavy idling, which were NOT present before. Concerned, I called AAMCO on January 14, 2025, at 4:39 PM MST, reporting these issues and requesting an inspection under warranty. Your representative dismissed my concerns, suggesting it was the catalytic converter, and told me to call back if further problems occurred. I was not advised to stop driving or bring the vehicle in for an inspection. Shortly after, my transmission failed completely, and AAMCO is now demanding $5,238.64 for a transmission rebuild, despite failing to fix the issue in the first place.
