Being a perfectionistic and highly critical when it comes to detailing cars, I lowered my expectations to avoid any type of disappointment I might have. I usually do my own cars but I'm getting older and I often don't have the energy or the time like I used to. The end result was that the car wasn't perfect but they did a good job. After I drove the car home, I did notice some areas where I thought they could have done better including a dirty ash tray area and dried buffing product left behind around the panel edges. Most concerning, however, were these dots on the convertible top and along the trim that appeared to be the result of buffing spatter. After the owner took a look at these dots, he concluded that they were some sort of paint and that they were probably there prior to the detailing. I hadn't noticed them before but it was possible as the car had been in a body shop weeks prior. In any event, I took the car back in. They offered to redo the original service but I declined and just asked them to fix the areas I mentioned. They rewashed the entire car and addressed all of the issues I had including removing these dots. This goes to show these guys stand by their work. At the end of the day, these guys were not only pleasant to talk to but they truly do care about your car. read more

I took my black SUV to Rush with a couple dings on the drivers door and a terrible pasted looking swirl finish. When I picked up the car I was amazed. The finish looked just like it rolled off the assembly line and the small dents on the door were completely removed. The price was right on the mark and the service was excellent. I wanted to have just my seats and carpet shampooed rather than the entire package of detailing. I'd check with another car wash in a busy, Geneva location and received a rather vague answer about what the price would be. So, I called Rush Group detailing. I've had the Rush Group do 4 cars in the past 3 years. I just got my most recent car back today, and wow! The job was done on time and delivered as they said. The detail they do is hard to imagine. Every nook and cranny is done, and it looks better then when the dealer delivered the car. Its way, way better then when you got the car. I tried one of the local "car washes" years ago and it was a mess. If all you want is 60% of your car done, go to the "car wash" guy but if your the kind of person that really wants "your ride" to be an 11 on a scale of 1-10, Rush is your place. I was a bit hesitant to make the 30 minute drive for a wash but I am glad I did. It's very hard to find a quality hand wash in the area that isn't a fly by night or a poor quality add on to an automated wash. If you love cars and understand why hand washing is better you will love this place. Clean office and waiting room, attentive and very professional staff. Was looking for a top notch car detailer in the Fox Valley and ran across an ad for this company. Wanted them to detail my new, black car and take out some swirls and light scratching that came from the dealer. Called an talked to the owner, Dave, and he had all the right answers and really knew what he was doing. Took the car over and 4 hours later the exterior was beautifully detailed. All the scratches and swirls were gone and not a spec of dirt anywhere on the car or wheels. Shop was clean and uncluttered. Incredible team. Was driving my mom's car for a few months, and before I gave it back, I wanted to get rid of all evidence of my time in the car. There was everything from a few scratches here and there to an actual mark from hitting a guard-rail. With high hopes, I wanted Rush to just make it look less obvious, but holy shit. When I picked up my mom's car (a black 2012 Hyundai Sonata) it looked like I was driving it off the lot. We also did a wax and seal, and it was moderately priced (I did shop around). I stopped by their shop unannounced one day to see if they could repair a pretty bad 4-5 inch scratch on my hood. Justin was there working on a car but took the time to look at it and say that he couldnt fix it completely but he'd do his best to make it less noticeable. He researched my paint code online and literally drove over had the paint mixed right then. He came back, applied a few coats to the scratch and told me to come back in a few days to have it buffed out. I asked how much for the paint and he told me we'll settle up when you come back to have it buffed. It ended up being $40 total for everything. My hood actually looks better than it did before the scratch. I;ve also had them do regular washes on my car a few times and they are always able to take me on short notice. Great Experience!! I went to this detailing place off the great reviews on yelp. My first time there I made an appointment to drop my car off first thing in the morning and they said it will be ready in the afternoon. I went back there at 12:30pm to pick up my car and they didn't even start on it. I was pretty disappointed with them as they can tell. They were very apologetic and said there was some miscommunication. I couldn't leave my car there because I need it that afternoon. So since I worked in St Charles they offered to come to my work and pick my car up for me, which was VERY convenient and Nice! The car was ready a couple hours later which I was very impressed by as well since I got a exterior and interior detail on 2003 Maxima that really need some detailing!! The car looked AMAZING when I picked it up. I have never seen it that clean since I purchased the car. The price was well worth the money and I would recommend Anyone to go here!
