We were impressed not only by the great price but also by the honesty and straightforward communication of Adam Killman. He not only didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, but also did not promote free items that do not work; it only looks and sounds great on paper. He explained a lot about several ineffective systems that only seemed good on paper. He provided detailed explanations about the various systems he had to offer, highlighting the pros and cons of each. I verified the information he shared with us, and it was spot-on accurate. He also told us about our old system and how it was good back when we purchased it, and how the new systems outperform it. He explained what items were good and useful on a new system and things he would stay away from and not waste money on. On installation day, they started work on time and did exactly what Adam said they would do. They did their work with the utmost respect for our house and the cleanliness of their work. At the end of the day, the house was left cleaner than when they came, and they repaired things that the old installer had left behind. Great work! As time passed they shifted to what they can sell you. My family is military so we wanted to use a company we thought we could rely on as when called to duty an AC/HEAT issue is not something we wish to worry about. We bought a brand new unit from this company and upon initial install it was installed incorrectly. We were patient as techs were in and out of our home almost 3-4 times a month for years with a new born baby. Each time a tech came the problem never matched what the other stated. Again, we are serving our country so the amount of times stated were from us taking time off to fix issues. We bought everything they suggested to fix issues and still never enjoyed unit. Now, three days before warranty is up they state we have a leak and it must be replaced. We had our unit serviced every month including all the additional times they were out to fix original issues from install. As a family and Service members we ask that you do use this company. We trusted them to fix issues that were never resolved as we were patient with them, only to be told warranty is up and we can pay them for a new unit.
