I have used and recommended Cool Flow Heating & Air for years. When I was a contractor, we used them for new home installs because we knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that we would not have problems going forward.
There used to be a term called "in a workmanship like manner." It meant that everything was done and finished in such a way that a contractor or subcontractor never had to return. The finish work was done in an aesthetically pleasing manner as well.
Cool Flow exemplifies this as a company.
Several years ago, we had them replace our old gaspak with a new one and one that had a high SEER rating. We have them service the unit twice a year.
I came home from work last night and noticed that the compressor on the A/C was running but the blower was not. I called and they were at my house around 8:30. It was a module on the blower and David, our service tech, checked and found that it was under warranty still. He had to drive to Columbia to get the part and we still were Not changed an after hours or weekend price for the service call. The unit is 8 years old now!
I have referred them to other people who didn't buy the unit from Cool Flow and this company doesn't "fix" things that aren't broken. They did these people extremely well too! In fact, I got a "Thank You" from them for recommending Cool Flow to them.
