The cocktail list is interesting, and what I drank was delicious. I also drank shots of some of the different booze Copperwing produced. (It was a lot of liquor. The next two days were rough, and stupidly, we went to another distillery afterwards. I will never learn, and I'm 75 years old.) Liquor is like wine. We all have different tastes and palates. I liked one of Copperwing's vodkas, but not the other. Several of their offerings have won national awards. That's something everyone in Minneapolis can be proud of. Jack was our bartender, and he was gracious and accommodating.
