customer service - um- sucks - products are cheap and price is great - but do not expect anything to last very long from this store. Great place to get a good laugh - so redneck-a-licous. Like Shady Hill threw up a big chunk of Redneck right in the middle of the store. Bought horse feed to save a dollar and found out that it was very old. Same pallet as the time before and I know this because my daughter stuck her lollypop stick in the middle and it was still there. No one knows what they are doing and we had to load and unload our own feed - will gladly pay the extra $1.00 to get good customer service, fresh feed and a knowledgeable person not looking at me with a dumbfounded look on their face. The extra few dollars I saved, spent in waiting and loading, not worth it. Shop small - keep your local feed store in business and or get stuck with this place. Yuck ! read more

Bought a Blackhawk DR24 (Rural King brand) commercial fan mostly because on every side of the box it said made in the USA. Took the fan out of the box and the first thing I see is a made in China sticker. Very disappointed would love some feedback from Rural King. read more

the customer service and follow up in this store is horrendous. Don't try to ask about products availability or info because the employees have no idea. And they will never call you or notify you when an item is in stock even after taking all your info and giving you a "raincheck". Most of the firearms employees are rude and unhelpful and not very efficient. half of the employees have no idea what this store sells. If you call this store you only get the runaround. The checkout lanes are always backed up because they wont open a new line regardless of how many customers are waiting. read more

Customer service is the worst ever! We ordered a charcoal grill to be assembled. We were told it would be ready in 3 days and they would call us. We called them on the third day. They couldn't find it. Finally decided it had been given to someone else. Promised they would assemble another one that night and call us when it was ready. They called and said it was ready. When we went to pick it up, they had assembled the wrong one. Said they would assemble the correct one and it would be ready in an hour and they would call. We went and waited in our car. Hour and a half later they had not called. Went in and after much checking, found that it was not done yet. The staff was rude and never once apologized for all their screw ups. I understand mistakes can be made, but an apology would be appropriate. We asked for our money back and will never do business with them again. read more

Great place to shop, except the customer service sucks and no one knows what the hell they're even talking about.

This store has a little bit of everything, from jeans to plants to pet food to auto supplies. We bought a grill here yesterday. The customer service here is a joke. The girl (I'm going to say girl because they hire too many kids here for minimum wage)...could not find the weekly ad on her computer at the customer service desk, but the weekly ad (the actual paper!) was right in front of her. We said twice to look at the price IN THE PAPER AD...She actually touched the paper at one point and then put it down. I was cringing... She brought over somebody else to find the weekly ad on the computer, but no luck. Finally my boyfriend walked over to the actual paper ad hanging right in front of them and pointed out the grill's sale price on the ad. She didn't even walk over to confirm the actual sale price in the ad. (God forbid she walk away from the precious computer). Then this same girl sends us to the back to get our own grill, where customers do not belong. We took workers back there by surprise. Finally the one guy who knows anything in the place helped us. Of course the grill that was on sale was not out in the store for the customer to easily just pick up and carry out. Hello, IT'S ON SALE THIS WEEK. Why is there no grill on the floor, why does it require a fork lift in the back (while the customer waits in the sweltering heat because the a/c is so lacking in this store).. Then of course instead of taking down 2 grills, (one to put on the floor for the next poor slob who comes along to buy this grill on sale this week), the guy took down one, just for us. To sum it up: You get good deals here, but when it's 95 degrees out don't come here to shop and do not, I repeat do not...expect any REAL customer service. read more

Interesting food section some unique sauces and spices. Pet food, plants, guns, tools, boots and jeans..free fresh pop corn.. I love this store! read more

Was looking to start up Archery again. Someone recommended this place. Was a lil disappointed they only had a $10 kid bow, $20 kid crossbow, $450 bow or crossbow. Was looking for something in the middle. They had 206 guns, 4 bows. They do have a lot of other cool outdoor stuff. Will go back for other things. read more

Great new place, and super happy they took over that old run down Kmart building. I'm happy they used that location rather then tear up more beautiful land in Hernando County when vacant space is everywhere. I think they deserve the biggest praise just for that. I've been there 3 times already, and have bought all sorts of items. They are a Home Depot, Tractor Trailer Supply, and Wal-Mart combined. Plus they are from my home state of Illinois. Its hard to review since it has such a large selection, but a must stop. read more

The review listed in this site are dated 2014 when they were newly opened. Since late 2015 to current I would rate them one star. Why, over and over again they advertise and merchandise is not available on the first day. of sale or within a week. For instance umbrella listed for $19.99 but the price at Commercial way is $24.95 and none in stock. I could go on and on but is useless. You call the store and nobody knows anything. The clerk takes you phone number but no one calls back. I was told many times to pick up a rain check. However, I refuse to drive over 12 miles to pick up a piece of paper. The people at the store are very helpful and friendly. I would give them 5 stars. read more
