I am really beginning to like the Aldi stores. This store was well stocked and very clean. I love to browse the fresh meats and especially the cheese selections. What I've also found lately is their private label wine. It's call Winking Owl and it's really good. The price is also amazing at $3.95 for a 750 ltr bottle. The bread selections also have some nice varieties. We have been getting the round loaf of Sourdough. It makes delicious toast. It's interesting that they don't have self checkouts. I hate self check outs and appreciate it when I can get a real person to check me. I don't mind waiting is line for a while to get the service I want. I'll continue to return. read more

This Aldi store is really nice: well-stocked, organized, clean, and with friendly staff. I needed a quick snack and went in hoping to find some kosher cheese. Did I find kosher cheese!!! Look at the photo. Everything was $2 to $4 and fresh dated. The goat cheese with cranberries was divine, and the mozzarella was a perfect snack. I've been a resident of Pasco county for over 30 years and I have never been more disappointed in a single human being in my entire life than I was with Elizabeth today I'm an instacart shopper and I asked her to please separate the items and she kept on saying that she doesn't do that blah blah blah and proceeded to throw them in the cart and it took me 40 minutes to separate my orders she refused to be helpful whatsoever and refuse to give me a refund and fix the orders that she rang up wrong I will never ever go back into that store as a customer or as an instacarter ever again thank you so much Bethee, for being so rude read more

I've been shopping at this location since it opened nearly five years ago. After doing real estate work this is where I shop for many organic items. Weekends and evenings are the busiest. I suggest going during the daytime hours before peak hours. Or within an hour of their closing time. Their prices and quality are why I shop here for my essentials. They also have an assortment of organic items at fair prices. Don't forget to bring a quarter to use one of their shopping carts which you get back upon returning it. (Just stick the metal in the slot then release your quarter.) It's easy. Service has been fast and efficient. Thank you to the hardworkers who make it possible. I will be back again. read more

I love Aldi. Sure, sometimes you have to wait in line, sure, if you want your $0.25 back, you return your cart. If it is really too difficult for you to return your cart, some one will probably give you 0.25 and take it from you after you have unloaded it into your car, or, if you don't want to return your cart, someone else will. I have made money on returning carts from the parking lot. Often, I just pay it forward if I see someone who needs one. Cars don't get damaged by carts being left out and employees can work inside instead of having to pick up carts left out. Prices at Aldi are awesome! Such good deals. Savings are usually about $0.50 to $1.00 per item cheaper than anywhere else. They have products that are made by name brand companies but under their own Aldi name. This saves you money because you aren't paying more for the name brand advertising. Often, the wait in line is due to the fact that people go right when the ads come out in order to get the deals before they sell out or have to restock product. Some deals are so great (particularly when they get the German foods in) that people almost buy out the product. They do have times that are not nearly as busy. It would be nice if the cashiers would call for at least 1 more cashier when they see the lines getting really long, BUT, these cashiers are really fast! For the amount of money I save on groceries and the quality, I will deal with a bit of a wait or having to return my shopping cart. If you are not into saving money for great products, by all means go and pay more for the convenience of someone else picking up after you. read more

I always get suckered in thinking that something is going to change, but it never does; the wait in line at this store is by far one of the most ridiculous that I've ever known (and I lived in NY). Two cashiers, and a parking lot full of cars should have warned me, but I foolishly went in again. In the last 7 or so times that I've tried shopping here, I've left the items at the front and walked out. The prices may be good but if you don't like waiting 20 minutes when you're only the third person in line, then this store is not for you. I promise, you will NEVER be in and out in 5 minutes in this store, because the line at the register is a minimum of 20 minutes (when it's crowded, expect a 30 minute wait). I'm sorry, I don't like leaving such harsh reviews, but people should be prepared. read more

Two long lines of customers and no one would help the girls at the register. Understaffed and their management clearly doesn't care that customers would rather leave their groceries and go somewhere else than open a second register. read more

If I can't call the store to ask a simple question, I don't need to purchase anything there either!! Unlisted phone numbers so you can sit on the phone with their 800 number if you have a question... Not me!! If you want to call and ask if they have a particular item that week ( considering it's different from week to week) good luck... Hope you have half an hour to waste!!! read more

I usually shop at the Hillsborough location in Tampa, but we passed by this one on the way back from Spring Hell yesterday and decided to check it out. Mostly, the products in the store were the same, but the condition of the store was vastly different. This location was extremely clean and tidy. Walking thru the aisles was like being in a parallel universe for sure. So hats off to the staff for coming thru with such good upkeep and organization. Wish we lived closer to this one! read more

I love Aldies. Low prices, quality food and produce. Their 80/20 unpattied burger is the best that I have ever had. Sorry Win Dixie and Publix but Aldies has lower prices and better food. May not be for eveyone since it does not carry all your name brands and may not carry a complete line of items like other large grocery chains, but I don't need all that fluff anyway. read more

Awesomeness!!!!!! Lots of food from Europe and cheap!! Lots of selection for smaller store. They always help when you ask a question (unlike fartmart). You do have to bag groceries, though they help a bit and bsgs are cheap and reusable. This is how we should shop. Also they always have some random cool item on sale cheap. Lol they do mostly groceries but my husband got a chainsaw for $39.99!!!!!! Awesomeness, going there now!!!!!! read more

This Aldi has become my new grocery store. I've been to other Aldis before I moved near this one. At the other stores, I never was able to receive help when I needed it. At this Aldi, the staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. I highly recommend this store. read more

I enjoy and have gone to Aldi's since we moved here in Port Richey, FL....that is until today. We have been social distancing, wore our mask, sanitized our hands and are prepared to bag our own groceries. Got to the front and "Tommy" was our cashier, so as he dropped things in the cart I took them out and put them in a bag to which he said "get behind the glass", "we follow social distancing" - I said "fine but I don't see any signs specific to that" - he said "well I've said something now" - so I moved behind the plastic screen and started bagging BEHIND the screen and reached over the cart front to get my groceries to bag. He STOPPED ringing me up and said to get behind the screen (duh....I was) and got very nasty and became very condescending. My husband was with me and watched how "Tommy" was talking at me, continually berating me and he got angry so he got colorful in his description of "Tommy" as he was ringing us up. "Tommy" became more indignant, said he would get his manager and ban us from the store (for questioning a policy that isn't up and present anywhere in the store??? and a husband defending a wife when this cashier became agressive and rude??) and needless to say we won't be going to this Aldi's any longer - I wonder if it had anything to do with our skin color. read more

I shop at several Aldis in the TampaBay area. I was so excited when I found out one was opening in Port Richey. I am a nurse and work at different facilities so having one in this area was great. I thought I would love using this store when I am up North. But there is a supervisor there that treats the employees rudely. She belittles them. I don't know what her problem is but this is NO WAY to treat an employee. I am in management and know there is a GREAT way to treat employees to bring out their best. This supervisor is not doing this. I just want to cry when I see how she treats employees. I have sent an email to the customer service. Hopefully some attention will come to this. There must be a reason why no one wears a name tag. I will not recommend anyone to shop at this store until they improve the treatment of their employees. So sad read more

We Love shopping at this Store. Prices are good and even getting more organic food in. Produce is a little dry looking at times but other than that, store is well stocked, clean and packed. That's a good thing. However, while noticing Heather the Store Associate. (Cashier) check people out. Her carelessness for others groceries became disturbing. Her line was long so I was thinking, she trying to get the line down and should be more careful. Then my husband and I put our items up and she began to scan, rushing items in the cart, crushing our cereal boxes, clanging our glass jars of sauce together and even sat our gallon of milk in in top of everything,not even putting fragile type items in the front, so my husband moved them. Our eyes where huge. She did the same to the others behind us. So loudly, I said..."Ok fine you are busy,but I know they are NOT trained to throw groceries in the cart at high speed and not care!" I'll be sure to stay out if her isle. The other cashiers weren't doing that. Glad I didn't buy eggs. Bucks well spent but didn't enjoy grocery abuse. read more

I am a huge Aldi fan. I got started when visiting my daughter in KC. I was disappointed there were none in FL. We just returned after spending three years in Nashville where I was an Aldi regular. We are very pleased to find they now have stores in FL. By the way, they do accept debit cards. And the two stores I have visited in FL have restrooms - I had not seen that in KC or Nashville. read more

Not very fond of this store. Went there once, and will probably never go back. They carry mostly in-store (Aldi) brands, and none of what they make is very good. The produce looked like it had been sitting there a while. There was very little milk or other items in the back refrigerated section. Their frozen dinners are horrible, I ended up throwing them out. The cashier seemed like she wasn't to happy to be working there, and was the only one there at the time even though the line was several people deep. They were out of the cheap bags, so you were forced to buy the more expensive ones if you wanted your items bagged, otherwise they just got tossed haphazardly into a cart. The parking lot in this place was packed when it first opened, but now you'd be lucky to see more than three or four cars there at any given time. read more
