Top notch! I drifted into County Line Mower today looking for 2 really small bolts for my mower. I had done some online research and I even had the Part Number. Online buying is cool, but I try to buy local when I can, especially in the current virus situation. I was met with a cheerful welcome and a helpful attitude. The man helping me was impressed that I had done my homework and had the Part Number. When he pulled the number up in his system it was a part that is rarely, if ever ordered, they didn't have it in stock and there was no specifications on the bolts, such as 3/8" x 2", etc. But this guy was determined I wasn't going to leave empty handed, and went out of his way to help me. Digging through some old scrap mowers I found the exact 2 bolts I needed. And they wouldn't take any money for them! Isn't it amazing how such a simple thing can be so cool? By the way after years of getting blades from this place they have lied to all of us. Sell you mulching blades, charge you them they are not. They are cheap old crappy blades. Went and paid for mulching blades at Hudson tractor 100% thicker way better and heavier. Just another way they rip you off. read more

They fixed my mower. However, customer service is rather short and rude. The store manager "Mike" is a real chump. He talked awful to me on the phone. Again , they fixed my mower. The delivery driver was fairly cordial. Not recommended. Bill was $800.00 to boot. read more

***Just wanted to update this review. Still an A+ shop. Wasn't completely happy with a product I got due to my own lack of research nothing wrong with the product. Mike was really helpful and resolving the issue and in 100% satisfied with this business*** The people here are cool and don't try to oversell you as a homeowner. I just want to address something having used this business quite a few times recently. For the girl saying the place is rude and took too long to repair her mower she doesn't quite understand the process. They don't stock every part for every beat up mower out there and if they have to order parts before they can repair it then yes it's going to take a little longer than a day. If they were rude it's probably because they explained this 50 other times in that week. I've had zero rude attitude problems from these nice folks. Also there's not a ton of other options and if you think these guys were rude then go ahead and try one of the other mower stores who prefers dealing with pro lawn cutters. Don't be afraid to bring your equipment here to be service or repaired and don't hesitate to stop in for all your lawn care power tools. read more

My Husband called this Business a week ago to inquire about servicing our riding mower as it was a used one and we wanted to be sure everything was looked over and necessary repairs made to it. They came the next day and picked it up. Then a week later they called my Husband to let him know the estimate and also the man informed him that it would be ready the next day. So the next day I called to ask what time it would be coming as I wanted to be sure I was home and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude, saying that "your mower isn't even done yet, he just got the parts yesterday and he's working on it right now" I say you've already had it a week and her nasty reply was, "well yeah, we are behind a week, someone will call you when it's ready" then hung up! So what parts were you waiting for that you already carry in your store? Very first time for us and very last time for sure...customer service is very unprofessional and downright rude! We should have been told it was going to be a week when you took our mower in, we would have had many other choices of businesses to take it to . Since when does a company gives you a hard time when you request an information on a small part you ordered and payed for 6 days ago and payed $15.00 for shipping charges? Customer service should be priority # 1 if you want to have satisfied customers. Let's face it, there are other similar businesses around! RUDE, unprofessional, and VERY dishonest! I will try to be articulate in my review, and will try to avoid "name calling" so that the Owners/Managers can't try to diminish the content of my review, as they have tried to do with others. We have bought at least two pieces of equipment here, but the trouble for us really came in when we tried to get our Husqvarna Garden Tractor taken care of under it's warranty. Heaven forbid we should try to use a WARRANTY! Before I get into my story, I wanted to mention, since I saw the Owners' recent review response to "Michael FoxHollow" (on Google reviews), this company has actually been Owned by the SAME people running it now for over 20 years (The "Cona" family), so it was more than a little dishonest of them to try to claim it's now under "new management". So, our Husqvarna riding mower needed warranty work for a defective frame that bent during use. (BEWARE OF HUSQVARNA RIDING MOWERS! WE HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT HUSQVARNA IS AWARE OF THIS FRAME PROBLEM, SINCE THEY RECENTLY MANUFACTURED A BOLT-ON STEEL "REINFORCEMENT PLATE" PIECE TO PUT ON THE MOWER IN THE EXACT PLACE OURS BROKE. HOWEVER, THEY STILL REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR "5 YEAR" FRAME WARRANTY.) We took it to County Line, and dropped it off. We got a call from "Wes" the following week, stating that they HAD CALLED Husqvarna Corporate, and were told by Husqvarna that they would not honor the warranty. Just so we are all clear, the definition of a "warranty", which the Owner of County Line is apparently unclear on, is "a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time." It was necessary to put that there because the Owner of County Line actually stated, in writing, "understand, a warranty is not a guarantee." Wow. When I called back later that day to try to speak to "Wes" again, I had to go through about 3 different people (never got to talk to "Wes" a second time), who all acted as if I was asking to speak to the Pope himself by asking for this "Wes". They were all short and rude with me for no reason (I was not even angry at that point, so I was definitely using my very best phone manners). The person who ended up finally speaking with me was "Mike", who said he was the "service writer". He was rude, like INCREDIBLY rude from the very second he got on the phone with me. All I had called for, at that point, was to get the number to Husqvarna, and the name of the "tech" that "Wes" had told me he had spoken to there. "Mike" also proceeded to tell me that Husqvarna would "NEVER" (and I quote "NEVER") repair our tractor frame, because to use the frame warranty "there would have to be a 'defect' in the frame, and frame defects ONLY EXIST at the time of purchase (meaning would have to be discovered the first day of purchase)". This sounded totally preposterous to me (because, what's the point of having a 5 year frame warranty if the warranty is only good for ONE DAY), so I repeated his words back to him, and asked if I understood him correctly, and he confirmed that is exactly what he meant. Unbelievable! They were willing to fix our mower for us if we PAID them, and they gave us a quote, which included a "$95 special freight charge" for shipping. That special "freight charge" apparently was also NOT real, since it only took one call to another Florida Husqvarna dealer to confirm that it would only cost $13 for shipping that frame, not "$95"! What a bunch of SHYSTERS (ooops, I just called them a name, dangit). Also, turns out that they apparently never did call Husqvarna about our mower like both "Wes" and "Mike" told me they did. Husqvarna had NO INCIDENT REPORT of any sort (NO call record) from anyone at all, at County Line or anywhere else, when we called them a week or so later. Maybe that's why "Mike" was so upset that I would dare ask for Husqvarna's number and the name of the "tech"? Afraid their dishonesty would be discovered? Needless to say, we went and picked up our mower from them at the soonest opportunity. We will NEVER do business with them again, and we certainly hope this review will help others to be better informed than we were. OUR OPINION.... TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!! read more

Went to purchase a small service/maintenance part. Had model number. Purchased mower here a few months ago. Since I did not have (1) the specific engine number and (2) a picture of the part (air filter) I could not be helped. No "...let's look it up", "...let me check your history and we can get the info there" Nope, simply come back when you have the information. No problem, in their parking lot I Googled the model number and within 40 seconds I had all the part numbers for the mower and if I wanted an exploded view of the entire assembly. There is another mower dealer a few miles away. Went there and without providing the information I looked up on line the counter person looked it up and had it in stock. I purchased several other items and a NEW edger while I was there. Any guesses where I will be doing business from now on? read more

Stay away from these punks. This is a RIP OFF business. They wanted to charge me almost $150 to fix my mower. Almost the same amount when I bought it brandnew. The OLD Fart has the audacity to say that I wasted their time when I refused to have my mower fixed. I kept on calling for the estimate but it took them 4 days to give me the estimated amount after talking to the mechanic. I knew what needs to be done and I told them to just clean the carburator or change it when I dropped my mower off. I told the woman that I need it fixed asap but they took my mower and deposit anyway. They should have told me that they cannot fix it right away so I can go to another place. When I picked up my mower on Saturday (6 days after I dropped it off), the parts were not put back together and it was placed in a small box. It made me so mad that I told them that I will give them a bad review. I should have listened to the other customers' bad reviews. They did not give me the deposit back which is fine with me. Instead of being apologetic, they were very rude, arrogant and nasty. My mower has been there for 6 days from Sept 18 to 23. The mechanic could not even give me an estimated time to get it fixed since they have to order the carburator. That OLD PUNK thinks that he can intimidate me. We had an altercation and he gave me a FINGER on my way out. DO NOT BRING YOUR MOWER THERE. YOU MIGHT AS WELL BUY A NEW ONE TO SPARE YOU FROM HEADACHE AND DISRESPECT.THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
