I go there at least once a week I've spent thousands of dollars there probably closer to 5k with all the guns ive bought i went there 3 times this week for propane keep telling me there out so im like no way there still out its been week now i get to looking theres 100 full propane tanks in back fence area there to lazy to fill the cage out front the store with propane people that live in campers are out here freezing who ever is in charge should b ashamed to say there in charge of the store makes me not want to ever go back people are too soft these days mean while there's 4 people up front standing around talking one of you cant go fill propane cage so people can stay warm. read more

Answer calls the person picked up said please hold and 40 minutes later I ended up hanging up. I could have driven there. I sent my boyfriend who works by there and after he was being helped I hung up. I also made an online order for a generator and now am being told they can't fine it. read more

The selection here is great. Large store, great variety. Larger than average seasonal selection. It was also very busy, even during a "non peak" time. But this is by far the dirtiest Rural King I've ever been in. Dust, dirt, trash in the floors and filthy bathrooms. You've been warned! read more

This place sucks they don't know how to awnser a damn phone and ain't nobody know how to help you there they just give you an "idk" the parking lot got 10 foot holes in it as well I almost snapped my ankle the store is dirtier than my steer barn I walk in there and boxes and products are just sitting out all in all the place is a joke and needs to go under better management because they people are a bunch of jackoffs read more

Rural King is located off route 119, south of Connellsville. It's in the same shopping center as Pechin's. This was our first visit here after being told about the store and location. Husband wants a particular kind of mower deck that attaches to the back of a quad to cut higher grass and brush. We didn't see what we wanted, but we did get a quick look around. Imagine a "Big Lots" or "Ollie's" devoted to mainly farm items. They have a lot of merchandise pertaining to farming, gardening, etc. We couldn't find a sales associate to see if they could check on the mower deck and we were on a schedule heading to North Carolina. We may stop in next time we are in the area for a longer look around. read more

I order a gun online on February 1 site said 5-10 business days if it was in stock at time of order which it was. Waited the 10 days nothing. Emailed them got told that it takes an additional 5-10 days to process. Got an email on the 19th saying it finally shipped allow 3-5 business days again. Today is the 22nd. I will never again order a gun online from this store. read more

This place is horrendous to deal with. I placed an online pick up order today and sat at the store for close to two hours before anyone told me they had sold the items I ordered. I drove home, which is a 30 minute trip, and called to speak with a manager. The manager told me they had 17 in stock so I once again placed the online order and drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I got to the store I went inside and gave my order number for the cashier to tell me there wasn't any in stock. I had to argue with her trying to explain that I just spoke with the manager and I was told that the item was there. Employees are not very informed on what they are doing. read more

I totally get donating to organizations, but when I want to donate I seek it out. I'm kind of getting tired being asked to give money every time I walk in - and walk out of the store. I do t mind representation of organizations outside the store, but the constant request for money is getting annoying and it's starting to make me not even want to go inside. Like I said, having organizations represent our front incase people want to donate is good, but constantly asking for money is offsetting. I'm not the only one who feels this way. Maybe make some modifications to the procedure. On the bright side, dog friendly and the popcorn is great once inside! read more

If you shop with this company do it in the store. Do not do online orders. I made an online order and shipped since I am very far from the store. When the order arrived the box was mangled and had another box and label taped onto it. When opening the box, I found that I was missing 2 items and it smelled that the one item, a liquid clean spilled all over the items and they all stank of cleaner. The cleaner and another item were missing out of the order and part of the remaining order were food items that were tainted by the cleaner. I Contacted customer service and have been chasing after customer service for over a week without getting the issue resolved. At this point I have been ripped off and will not be purchasing from this company again. read more

I recently tried to do an online in store pickup. There were 3 of the items on hand at the time of purchase. I received an email with an order number. This email stated I would receive a second email letting me know when the item was available for pickup. I waited 24 hrs and never received the second email. I called the store and found out the order still had not been processed. No surprise to me, the item I wanted was sold out and my order was canceled by RK. I will not do anymore online or otherwise shopping with RK. read more

I placed an order on July 23. It is now August 18. Evidently, my order was damaged in shipping on August 1 and was returned to the company. After this, they sent me a tracking number! I emailed them 4 times and called twice. Yet, no one seemed to know anything. I think they are finally sending me a replacement order, but the whole experience has not provided me with enough trust in this company to ever order again. A responsible company would have either called me right away or immediately sent a replacement product. read more

on 2 different occasions i have had nothing but issues I purchases a 3/4 hp well pump which in a week stopped working went to the store to return it Associate stated i had to send it to the manufacturer (which in return the manufacture said anything less then 1 yr of purchase return to store) I finally was able to get a replacement lasted 5 months returned it today same associate gave me a hard time as well as the asst manager about returning it (i had the receipt) the asst manager and another employee gave me the 3rd degree treating me as a criminal even though i explained what the pump manufacture stated concerning the pump and the issues . NEVER will i purchase a big ticket item such as pumps mowers (anything that has a warrenty ) from this store while some associates are great there is that selcet few that make shopping there a diffuclt experience read more
