It's not Shop -n- Save, honey, it's upscale grocery shopping. Here you will find a completely messed up parking lot (engineered by toddlers?) so proceed with caution. The huge warehouse-sized building contains a vast collection of grocery products. I mainly go to ogle the beer/wine and, of course, the cheese. The cheese selection is stunning and includes things we love such as stilton. The flower selection here is really top-notch as well. Their supervisors and people that have made a career working at kroger make these kids feel like crap, calling them annoying if they have a question, laughing at them in front of customers! I get it, you made a career out if kroger, but this isn't a career for a kid! It's a job to have extra cash and pay for a car! Get decent supervisors and you might be able to keep help! I parked on the one side of the lot and didn't know that the entrance to the store was basically on the other side of the lot. I do have to say that I have never been here before this visit and had no idea what to do. So when I saw the entrance I figured I could park near what appeared the front of the store. Walking inside it was a little underwhelming. It looks and feels a little too small for the area. I mean they had all departments covered, but not a big selection within those given departments. I wondered around the weirdly laid out store and stumbled upon the items I didn't necessarily need, but picked up anyway. Customer service was lackluster, but that could be because of the area. I wish they would have had self checkouts here so I didn't have to deal with that part of it. Another thing that doesn't help here is the fact that parking lot is confusing. The main entrance to this place is at a traffic signal and it is hard to figure out which way you are suppose to go once you enter the plaza lot. It gave me a bit of a headache since you could barely see the lines and arrows in the parking lot.
