Do NOT order any flowers from this florist. They totally dropped the ball and didn't deliver the flowers to my God Mother's funeral. The girl behind the counter offered to price match the display - $290 for bleeding heart wreath. But on the day of the funeral - NOTHING- was delivered and when we called the number it was out of service. My daughter called her bank and got a refund but it wasn't about the money. My God- Mother deserved flowers at her home going service but these scammers totally dropped the ball . And she didn't have any flowers from my family. Don't do business with them. Worst florist ever and the first to not render the services promised. I entrusted Rupp's flowers to provide a flower spray in my absence for a funeral I was unable to attend because I was out of state. Ms. Sharon promised to send pictures of the spray after its completion but never did. The day after the funeral service, I asked the family of the deceased if the flowers arrived and they did not. Rightfully upset I called Sharon explaining that this is something that we are unable to turn back unless we dig the grave and I am discontent that she quickly took the payment but did not render the services. Her immediate response was, I've been in existence for 60 years and mistakes happen. There was no concern just excuses. Instead of listing her so called accomplishments, she should have first acknowledged her wrongdoing. Furthermore, she offered to send a fruit basket that never arrived. This place is a disgrace and I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional and boastfulness. I should have known that someone spelling YOU ARE as your doesn't have common sense. I virtually ordered same-day flowers to be delivered yet it never happened. The flowers were for a loved one whom lives locally to the florist yet I live thousands of miles away. I placed my trust in this business yet I was left feeling powerless. I was never contacted about the order not being fullfilled and, when I called later that day to check on its status, I was brushed off. No apology. No sincerity. Nothing. When I asked for the order to be delivered the next morning, I was told, "No way. I have a funeral." The rep. eventually said she'd upgrade the arrangement for free and get it to the address by 1 PM. That way 3 days ago. Still no delivery. Still no call about the delay. Nothing...again. I've tried calling the shop since Saturday but the local number rings without the option to leave a message. The toll-free number on the website isn't valid either. This company's lack of respect for a simple humanitarian gesture is disgusting, shameful, & downright evil. This debacle was completely unnecessary & avoidable. They took for granted a moment when someone truly needed them as well as paid for their advertised services. The Better Business Bureau and other agencies will be contacted in attempt to prevent them from doing this to another consumer. read more

I was in a pinch and needed to have a funeral arrangement delivered to the funeral home for a close family friend. I called Rupp's and Sharon and her team were very accommodating. Due to the current Covid pandemic, and it being Mother's Day weekend I knew I was playing it close. However, a beautiful standing spray was created and delivered to the funeral home in plenty of time. The family expressed how beautiful the arrangement was, and that made a world of difference. Worst flower shop ever! I ordered some flowers from From You Flowers and this company was supposed to deliver them and they never did! The order was supposed to go out on Tuesday and it's Friday and still no delivery has been made! Worst of all this company actually called yesterday to verify that my friend was there to receive the delivery and never even showed! And that's that 3 hours after they had called my friend I had called them back to see what was going on and the lady that answered lied to me and told me that it was out for delivery that they were delayed. I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter's first Mother's Day. The order was placed on 5/7 and was promised to be delivered on 5/8. In speaking with the recipient on 5/8, I learned the flowers hadn't yet arrived, so I called Rupp's. There was no answer. I called again. No answer. I called on Saturday, no answer. I called from New Hampshire Rupp's Flowers Shop located near the Funeral Home and I spoke with Sharon, the owner of the Shop. I explained to her what I needed and she was so kind and professional! She gave me her email address and I sent her a detailed message, but I was a little bit worried that the flowers won't reach the Funeral Home before the Funeral service. Sharon then sent me an email, stating that the flowers will be delivered the day before the Funeral Service. I left New Hampshire to attend the Funeral service the day before and the flowers had been delivered on time, as promised! I was so impressed! Great service. The Standing flower spray was beautiful! This florist was friendly, but not especially competent. I recently had to put my dog to sleep, and my vet sent me a "dish garden" plant arrangement, delivered and I assume fulfilled by Rupp's Flowers. Through no fault of Rupp's they were given the incorrect address. I got a call on Monday saying they were trying to deliver, and I gave them the correct address but I was not home and she would not leave the arrangement outside my apartment . She asked if 10:30 the following day was a good time, and I said yes. The next day at 11:30 they had not arrived, so I called and left a message reiterating the correct address and requesting an updated ETA. I got no reply. At 1:30, I called again, and reached the same woman who was waiting for her driver, and something about her mother and the car... I don't know. She said the arrangement was from my work, and I was confused, so she went and found the card and told me they were from the vet. I explained that it wasn't where I worked, I had just had to put my 15 year old dog to sleep and these were in sympathy. Her distracted demeanor didn't change a bit. It was like she hadn't even heard me. I gave her the correct address again and she said by 2:30. At around that time, I got a phone call that she was there to deliver. I went downstairs, and she was not there. She was at the original wrong address again. I had to walk over to my former apartment building get them from her. She apologized for the delay, but seemed to forget that I had given her the correct address 3 times. I got the arrangement home, and she hadn't replaced any of the original flowers from the previous day, because the plant leaves were *dusty* and the main focal flower (a lily) was visibly dying. Lilies are poisonous to cats, so I was surprised the vet had sent an arrangement with lilies, since they knew I had a cat. When I called to thank them I mentioned it. Turns out the vet specified that the lilies in the arrangement should be removed since they are poisonous to cats, and the florist hadn't followed instructions. My cat didn't eat any, by the way, she's fine. But can you imagine having my cat poisoned by the very floral arrangement sent in sympathy for my dog dying? These weren't indifferent or uncaring people, just scattered and overwhelmed, not taking the time out to deliver customer care along with the flowers. read more

Sharon and her staff took part in making my wedding absolutely beautiful! I had a vision and she was able to accomodate all of my dreams and my budget! My centerpieces, my bouquet, etc were absolutely beautiful and created the simple, classic with a twist of rustic feel for our fall wedding. I would give this place O stars if I could....what a horrendous experience I had today! My husband orders flowers for valentine's day - clearly to surprise me - yet a person calls my office line (they were being sent to my office, hence LOTS of people to accept and deliver the flowers to me) to tell me that they have a delivery and want to know when I'll be here. So I call back and nicely advise that it was probably supposed to be a surprise and they should likely not call people and tell them that they have flowers coming. The woman then proceeds to nastily tell me that its valentine's day so they aren't going to try to make a delivery twice and I said well in all my years of getting flowers on V-day, I have NEVER had someone call me to tell me flowers were coming and that people are not going to want to order from there in that case. She then even more nastily tells me "that's fine, we're busy, we're busy we're busy" and proceeds to hang up on me!!! THEN the driver calls me AGAIN to tell me that he is arriving with my flowers, expecting that I am going to go pick them up from his truck because our street is too busy - well then why on God's green earth do you accept deliveries to come to this street?!?!? THAT is supposed to be good customer service??! What a joke. I will be sure that my husband gets his money back AND I will post this review on every site possible....I didn't realize people run businesses that don't know how to treat people!!! read more
