They have yet to call me back. The associates in the leasing office clearly don't care and it shows in their attitude over the phone. They asked me if I have a fan I can use, as if we aren't doing everything possible to remain cool in 90+ degree weather. This is the second summer in a row having the air conditioner go out. I understand they have other request for air conditioning units throughout the community but there is no excuse for not having a/c still after 14 days. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this community has done such a poor job at providing the amenities promised in the lease agreement. I reached out to Quest management via email and they too have yet to respond. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone I know or care about and I haven't even touched on lack of pest control or no parking available-- maintenance repairs previously done half ass, covering pre-existing holes with oversized cutouts of drywall and nails or bathtub coating that peel off after a few cleanings. Repairmen have tried to fault me for needing repairs even though the appliances are old and outdated. They try to get in and out as quickly as possible rather than doing quality work or hiring a proper contractor. I could go on and on.

*** NEW UPDATE *** 6/9/2024…read more Woodmore Grand Sides with Maintenance Crew I'm extremely disappointed with how Woodmore Grand Apartments handled the theft of $1500 from my unit. The maintenance crew I believe allegedly stole the money during a routine maintenance visit, and instead of addressing the issue, management has sided with the crew. They never even confronted the team with the allegations. To make matters worse, they have placed the liability on me, refusing to take any responsibility for the incident. This lack of accountability and support is appalling. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and honest living environment. Avoid Woodmore Grand Apartments at all costs. ***STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE*** On 6/6/2024 they were doing some kind of inspection on apartments. They only have 2 maintenance people in which one of the 2 entered my apartment and allegedly burglarized it. They stole cash from me but was kind enough to leave just a few dollars behind. I found out after they did the inspection. Meanwhile the money that was "placed there in the morning" was gone when they left. Filed a police report Case # PP24060700001377 RMS # 24-0033079 Cpl. J. George #2735 Let's be clear there was armed robberies outside, cars being vandalized, stolen, and tires stolen on several vehicles. I gave them grace on that because I wanted to give them time to fix ilthe problem. Where I drawl the line is when they allegedly give keys to criminals and access to my personal property and belongings. They rifled through my drawers, opened up my boxes that had sunglasses and they were actually rearranged. They cased the whole place. At this price point they are touting luxury apartments but you have real thieves working there. Best believe I will be contacting the news because I feel it's my duty to make sure that people are VERY aware of the type of employees that are holding master keys to your apartment. Rent here at your own risk. Nothing is safe here not even your privacy.

My ability to pay online was terminated over an issue with my roommate's account. I was never notified that it was terminated and when I logged in to pay rent, surprise I can no longer pay online. Instead of being helpful and fixing the issue like she had the ability to do, my property manager threatened me with late fees if I did not drop off a certified check with only several hours notice. She was also extremely unresponsive to maintenance requests. I was told that wires coming down in the yard and tearing siding off the house was "beyond a normal maintenance request" and I would need to get the problem fixed myself. If the roof fell in would that be beyond a normal request and on me to fix?! Oh and she also tried to schedule the walk through several days before my move out date and before I had the place professionally cleaned. I got her to change the date but it didn't really matter because she charged me for having the place cleaned again anyways! Oh well, at this point I was already so over Silver River and their ridiculous antics. I am so relieved to be moved out of their property and into a rental where I am actually communicated with and treated with respect. I would not recommend moving into any of their properties under any circumstances, they do not have the tenant's best interest in mind, clearly they are just trying to make a buck for the property owners.
