Um, YUM! I just finished a taquito plate from Ruperto's and everything was delicious! The taquitos taste homemade and are definitely the best I've had from any restaurant​​. We ordered the Carne Asada burritos & chicken taquitos. Both were great! Tried all the salsas, the hot was very very hot and we like spicy. These guys got it! It's a regular stop...almost don't want to tell anyone and keep it my little secret but their tacos as the best around and some of their soup specials on the weekends are incredible. And the best in customer service....I believe it is family owned and operated and they are the nicest. I'll share pics next time I'm there. read more

I would not recommend this place. My burritos were very small. The food was very bland and had no taste. The prices are very high. The salsa was just liquid. They gave me 5 chips. Gee thanks! I so wanted to love this place since we have NO good Mexican restaurants in the area. I got the Albondigas soup for dinner and for lunch one taco each of lengua, pastor and asada. Soup was flavorless tasted like dirty dish water. Lengua taco was good, moist and great flavor. Pastor taco tasted like dog food and asada was so dry. My friend got the Flautas plate which she said was not bad but "how can you mess that up". Overall disappointing for $30. read more

Saw the new sign today and was ecstatic that we have a Mexican restaurant in walking distance from home. Of course walked right in. The place was extremely clean. Staff was beyond friendly. We ordered asada and al pastor soft tacos with a side of beans, chips and salsa. The asada were good with a hint of spice. The al pastor (pork) were fabulous!!! Great flavor. The also gave us two cabeza and lengua soft tacos with cilantro and onions. They were tasty and tender. The pico de gallo salsa was excellent with a tidbit of jalapeño in every bit, not too much, but just right for a well balanced spicy and good flavor. Can't wait to go back and try other items on their menu. Saw they have breakfast burritos. Highly recommend this new family owned restaurant. read more

This place makes BOMB authentic Mexican food. I don't know if the people who work there are employees or if they actually own the place but they are always super nice and very helpful. I'm a big fan of the al pastor burrito (and I tend to stick with that); however, my wife has tried a bunch of other items on the menu and has only had good things to say. There isn't much of a sitting area but it doesn't really matter. You go there for the food. read more

Food was very bland. Asada was okay but the torta had soggy bread and the quesadilla had hardly any cheese in it. The enchiladas were cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. Well I stopped by here tonight wanting to try something different. First off I ordered my food 2 cheese enchiladas ala cart. Side of rice and 2 burritos. When they told me the price I almost walked out and never came back. $42. I said are you sure about that. Oh that was the last order. Hmmmm. It was really $22. Sat and waited for at least 15 min for food. When they brought it out he said what my order was plus sour cream and guacamole. Which I didn't order. Got home the burritos were right but the 2 cheese enchiladas were not. I'm not sure exactly what they gave me it was something with chicken. It also had rice, beans, guacamole, and sour cream. The food was just alright. Tasted pretty bland. If this place wants to make it long term especially where they are located they better get it together. 3 amigos down the street is way better. read more

Amazing food amazing price! The carne asada burrito and al pastor burrito were both stuffed with meat and very delicious (~$9.50). Could definitely feed two people! Chile verde combination came with tortillas (3), rice, beans, and a side salad with sour cream and guacamole, so tasty. The hot salsa was a little bit weird (very runny/liquid consistency) but it did the job. The mild salsa was more of a pico de gallo which we enjoyed. My favorite was the complimentary tortilla chips though, they were so so so yummy, would 100% come back just for them. My daughter just got a job in the plaza where rupertos is located so I gave it a try today.... MISTAKE!!!! I ordered 3 crispy beef tacos. I had two and my daughter had one. Not only did they suck, they also have given us food poisoning. We are nauseous and our stomachs hurt. We are desperately waiting for my wife to get back from target with pepto and sprite.... if I throw up I'm gonna be even more pissed than I already am. AVOID THIS PLACE.
