Dr. Sal called me right away and said he had bad news. Tests confirmed cancer. How did he know this right off the bat and two other doctors got it wrong? He knew because he's seen a lot in his 36 years of practice. While he didn't sugar coat the diagnosis, and basically left me speechless on the phone with my options of amputation or euthanasia, I am appreciative of his honesty. We elected for amputation and Dr. Sal somehow managed to fit her in and get the surgery done as both he and I couldn't stand to see her is so much pain. Dr. Sal did a great job with the surgery and I am happy to say Georgette is running around the house, jumping on the bed, climbing stairs and even killing mice. My cat owes her life to Dr. Sal and his technicians and I am forever grateful for his expertise.

The vets are amazing, Dr Hamorski has been there since the beginning of our relationship and Dr Sal whole newer to us has been wonderful each time we've gone to see him especially our last appointment which was to say goodbye to our oldest Aussie. They were all very compassionate, especially the vet techs, came out to the car to make it more comfortable for our girl and gave us all the time we needed after. I highly recommend them. The only way they could be better would be to become a 24 hour vet but with access to emergency clinics nearby that's not really needed.

I've used their service for dog walking for my two dogs while I was at work. They text me a report during each visit and send a picture of my dogs. Karen has been our walker for the last several months and she is a very talented photographer!! Attached are some of the shots she sent me. How nice is it to receive these pictures to brighten my day?? All of the walkers are always concerned about the health and happiness of my 'boys'. On occasion my husband has been home when Karen pulls up and he said the boys bark and are always so excited to see her....her arrival means fun is in store!! I highly recommend Jen and her team! They are not only very reasonably priced, but they are professional, reliable and just plain nice folks!!

All the sitters are screened and background checked, so I feel secure using this service. The service always schedules an initial meet and greet visit before the actual sitting service. The sitters have all been very professional and friendly, as well as respectful of our home. They have provided excellent care for my cats. They take the time to interact with the cats after feeding and cleanup happens. They provide daily feedback on the app via messages and photos. I love that detail! They even bring in my mail and take out the garbage the evening before garbage day, if I request the service. The app makes it extremely easy to create an account with the service, as well as book visits, pay your invoices online and communicate with the team. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better pet sitting team than Jen's Happy Pets!

If you need reproduction services - use another vet. I brought my female Shepherd, Bay, in for rads…read morefor her litter. I made it abundantly clear when scheduling that I would need to be given Oxytocin in the event of complications which I was told 'of course, no problem!'. I took her on February 9th, received her radiographs and was then made to wait about 25 minutes where they could 'see about the prescription'. Once I was given it, I went through Chewy to order it (on February 9th) and staff neglected to approve the request for two entire days full well knowing Bay was due on Friday, February 13th and I stressed it's importance. I made phone calls, sent texts and was told a doctor would get back to me. I then was told it was my responsibility to upload the script to Chewy (which I couldn't find anyway) - which I then contacted Chewy and was told that was incorrect and they had been waiting for my vet approval this entire time, Chewy even called them and received no response. Regardless if I had the script or not, it was not my responsibility and the office did not prioritize my pregnant dog nor her puppies. I eventually was contacted on February 11th around 4pm by the practice manager who told me her staff did not feel comfortable prescribing the medication anymore after I spent $400 on the vet visit and now wasted two days. Fast forward February 12th - Bay goes into labor and as I expected, needs assistance from the drug; but I do not have it because Doylestown Vet had my hands tied and denied my dog the care she needed for a successful labor. I make an emergency trip to the ER (an additional $900 expense) she delivers 3 deceased puppies and 3 living puppies. We head home and now her labor is stalled again and the ER asked me to use the Oxytocin my vet should have responsibility prescribed me as standard repro practice. But here I am, unprepared because Doylestown chose ignorance over the reality of whelping puppies. I understand vet school and ethics, but if you care for some field experience, there's a big reality check here at my house because of your lack of concern for myself, my dog and her puppies. Shame on you for putting me in this position, stalling to tell me you had a change of mind about my dog's care, and then running down the clock so I had limited options on how to proceed finding her the care she needed. Edited to add, we are now a week out from Bay's delivery and I have had zero follow up from this practice. Ethics? I don't think so.

She came home in shock and growled at our other dog (who she loves and has never previously growled at). Whatever they did during the day together, she was affected quite negatively. We've tried several trainers and boarding facilities in various cities and states. We even resorted to trying a famous YouTube trainer and he came back worse and even more anxious. Typically, these expensive "board and trains" we've participated in have ended with medication recommendations and a "good luck". One final trainer recommended we try Mind Of Dog because she also wasn't able to break through. I'm so grateful we did. He's thriving and comes home exhausted. An added bonus is the people training we've received. The best part of all of it, is that he's finally getting the exercise and structure he's always needed and deserves. They handle the dogs calmly, but with lots of structure and clear boundaries, which our dog desperately needs. We can finally go to work and travel without worrying that he's being mishandled or ignored. We're so grateful to have found this place and I have to admit, I was waiting for him to fail again, because we had lost all hope. I highly recommend that you give Mind Of Dog a shot, especially if you're in a similar position as we were. Thanks, Mind of Dog! Senna loves you all and is so grateful to be able to play with dogs without fear and anxiety.

Thera-Paw - The neoprene/orange, isn't wide enough to go around my dog leg with pulling it tight causing the paw to swell

I then sent an immediate email to them stating that my order had an error the needed to be corrected. The Sport Wrap was for the LEFT leg. I received confirmation of my order. However, they still sent the wrap for the wrong leg. Not wanting to cause an issue, I went ahead and tried to make do with it anyway. Per Vital Vet Thera-Paw added padding to the wrap. Because the wrap was for the wrong leg, I had to modify it to fit the LEFT leg. When I trimmed the bottom of the warp, the padding they put in was too close to the bottom of the wrap. This caused the seam to open up and pull away from the neoprene. I sent pics and an explanation to Thera-Paw and they suggested I purchase the needed materials and fix it myself. This was their design flaw and I didn't feel I should have to pay out of my pocket for their mistake. I was kind enough to ask them to do the right thing and send my the padding material at no charge and I'd correct it myself. Thera-Paw stopped communicating with me at that point. 1. they sent the sport wrap for the wrong leg, I was willing to work with that, but with this callous attitude I will not buy from this company again. The do NOT stand behind their products. I will notify the Veterinary Specialist who suggested this company of the problems with their customer service.

It is expensive, very heavy and the design is simply not practical. He cannot use it because it is too heavy and when he does get stronger I still would not want him in it because the sole is so thick it would give him serious balance issues and he already has that. I was advised to only purchase one boot because of expense and if you are doing same realize it will put the other leg a good inch and a half if not more lower. Because it is custom I cannot return it- it is a wasted purchase.
