I've used their service for dog walking for my two dogs while I was at work. They text me a report during each visit and send a picture of my dogs. Karen has been our walker for the last several months and she is a very talented photographer!! Attached are some of the shots she sent me. How nice is it to receive these pictures to brighten my day?? All of the walkers are always concerned about the health and happiness of my 'boys'. All the sitters are screened and background checked, so I feel secure using this service. The service always schedules an initial meet and greet visit before the actual sitting service. The sitters have all been very professional and friendly, as well as respectful of our home. They have provided excellent care for my cats. I found Jen off the internet and was very skeptical, but after meeting with her I was very comforted by her eager to keep my peace of mind while I was away. I went away for a week and she came everyday. I found her to be very professional and easy to discuss details with. We hired Jen about a month ago to replace the previous dog walker when we found out from neighbors that he wasn't walking my 2 dogs and that the 30-minute walks we were paying for were under 10 minutes. Jen jumped right in and was eager to please, especially since we had such a bad prior experience. She comes 5 days a week and walks both my dogs for 30 minutes each day.
