I've been using Jen's Happy Pets pet sitting service for over 3 years now. I highly recommend this business! The sitters always provide the best care for my two cats. All the sitters are screened and background checked, so I feel secure using this service. The service always schedules an initial meet and greet visit before the actual sitting service. The sitters have all been very professional and friendly, as well as respectful of our home. They have provided excellent care for my cats. They take the time to interact with the cats after feeding and cleanup happens. They provide daily feedback on the app via messages and photos. I love that detail! They even bring in my mail and take out the garbage the evening before garbage day, if I request the service. The app makes it extremely easy to create an account with the service, as well as book visits, pay your invoices online and communicate with the team. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better pet sitting team than Jen's Happy Pets! read more

Dependable, capable and compassionate. We used Jen's Happy Pets for our three cats while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. Our cat petsitter, Spencer, was amazing! He was reliable and communicated with us each day with photos and updates. He handled some difficult cat dynamics with expertise and compassion. We highly recommend Jen's Happy Pets. Jen is very caring and prompt in responding to questions. She truly cares about her customers and their 4 legged family members! read more

This is by far the best pet sitting service. I was in the hospital suddenly so I couldn't arrange pet sitting in advance. I called Jen's and they went into action right away. They asked all the right questions and got the most wonderful, caring person. She sent a professional update after each visit W/pictures. And, my dog loved her. Then Jen had to send another sitter for a few days and she was the same way. Also, Jen was extremely flexible with my return date which meant the world to me. If you love your pets Jen's Happy Pets is for you. Trust me there is no substitute. read more

Jen's Happy Pets came to the rescue when my regular sitter didn't come as planned. She scheduled a meet and greet right away, and was able to accommodate my critters care when I went away for two weeks. I will be using her now for weekly walks. Thank you read more

My experience with Jen's has been great from the first contact with her business. We were new to the area last summer and were referred to her by several neighbors and pet stores in the area. She is very responsive and all the walkers we've used have been very reliable, friendly, professional, and great with our dog and cat. Happy with Jen's! read more

I recently used Jen's Happy Pets for the second time and am writing to update my initial review. I am pleased to share that once again, JHP more than exceeded my expectations. I have used Jen's Happy Pets for the last year. I can't say enough about not only Jen, but any and all of the people I have met who work for her. I've used their service for dog walking for my two dogs while I was at work. They text me a report during each visit and send a picture of my dogs. Karen has been our walker for the last several months and she is a very talented photographer!! Attached are some of the shots she sent me. How nice is it to receive these pictures to brighten my day?? All of the walkers are always concerned about the health and happiness of my 'boys'. On occasion my husband has been home when Karen pulls up and he said the boys bark and are always so excited to see her....her arrival means fun is in store!! I highly recommend Jen and her team! They are not only very reasonably priced, but they are professional, reliable and just plain nice folks!! read more

I've been using Jen's Pet Sitting for a while now. Annie is so happy to see my dog (& dogs when we had 2). I had a camera to watch the dog after surgery & made sure I told Annie why the camera was on. My dog gets so excited when she sees her - tail going a mile a minute! Love the fact of getting pics when she walks her. read more

I watched my brother's dog, Frisbee, while he was out of town for the month of July. We hired Jen's Happy Pets for some afternoon walks, since I had an internship everyday and an evening class twice a week. Frisbee absolutely adored her walker, Cheri--and I know because I got pictures everyday! They were very flexible with me--my work schedule changed a few times, and they accommodated me with extra walks even when I didn't give them much notice. I can't say enough positive things about this company, and I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

I found Jen off the internet and was very skeptical, but after meeting with her I was very comforted by her eager to keep my peace of mind while I was away. I went away for a week and she came everyday. I found her to be very professional and easy to discuss details with. She was extremely honest and refunded me money because she had an emergency to attend at home. She did come but couldn't stay the full 30 minutes. ( I would have never known) She kept me informed on a daily basis of my pups well-being and texted my fiancé as well. I would highly recommend her for you are getting a truthful and honest person. I will defiantly be using Jen's service again. read more

Jen and her team are great, especially now as I'm working from home for an extended period. I've been using Jen for about a year-- since we moved to the area and adopted a second dog. She comes 2-3 times a week to take our dogs (11 yrs and 2 yrs) on a midday walk, since my husband and I both work longer days. Jen has been a complete lifesaver-- trustworthy, reliable, and flexible. She always texts to let me know she's been to the house, let's me know how the dogs are doing and whether anything is off with their routine/behavior. She was super helpful with tips for training/behavior issues when we first adopted our newer rescue pup, and on more than one occasion has helped us out in an emergency when we were stuck at work later than anticipated. I have no hesitation recommending her services. read more

We hired Jen about a month ago to replace the previous dog walker when we found out from neighbors that he wasn't walking my 2 dogs and that the 30-minute walks we were paying for were under 10 minutes. Jen jumped right in and was eager to please, especially since we had such a bad prior experience. She comes 5 days a week and walks both my dogs for 30 minutes each day. My babies are older - one is a 65-lb pit mix and the other is a 22-llb fox terrier mix. My big boy doesn't always want to walk, but with a little patience and encouragement, Jen gets him going. They explore the neighborhood, which my boys love. Jen is a true animal lover and is energetic and enthusiastic. I trust her in my home and with my boys. read more
