I haven't had any issue with attitude or employees who are more interested in standing around chatting with coworkers here. I only have one thing I considered to be an issue with this store, which is lack of stock for sizes. However, after combing the city and internet for the models and size I am looking for and finding nothing, this has shown itself to be more of a sneaker issue, so groovy loses nothing for this. It's not their fault no one supplies Nike 11.5's! Kudos to them for trying. Did pick up some sweet New Balance 574's which may be the most comfortable kicks I've ever owned. Despite the items being way more fashionable than at the outlets, they still had good sales mixed in with the new arrivals. They make you go looking for it though. They have a whole area where you can digitally customize t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with special Adidas designs, some unique to Toronto! Think raccoons and Canadian geese but in a more tasteful manner. There were digital kiosks where you can come up with the design. They can then press those designs onto your chosen items. They also have iron on badges if you want that look instead of the prints. I love that they had the Toronto exclusives. On my travels to Tokyo and Seoul, Adidas there had exclusives for those cities, so happy to see them for T.O.!
