Both deserve a high 5. Super helpful. I've made a couple of purchases in 2 weeks, will be back again next week for another pair of Uggs I have on hold. Bought protective spray too, glad they reminded me as I was out! They remembered me as I gave them a nice review on line when the email survey came thru... I've been so busy I had forgotten I had filled it out. Make sure you give them an email address as I already have accumulated points for $ off my next purchase. I had a great visit today post Black Friday, no crowds and got just what I wanted. Thanks, ladies! See you soon and I appreciate you keeping me in winter style!!!

So I tried to return it but shipping back to Canada was too expensive. My item was shipped from NY USA, but they wanted it sent BACK to Canada which I found lame. Even though they have a large discount section at the back, the newer items usually also have some kind of deal or sale on as well - and the sales are EPIC! The items themselves are a mix of current season and previous seasons items, and the nice thing about this Outlet is that the items are no different from the retail stores, they really are just items that have not sold in store and end up in the outlet as discounts at the back. Some outlets have their own line of cheaper items and that's not the case with Fossil. I have purchased many items from this store - things I need, and things I don't need but want. If you are looking for an RFID wallet, fossil has some lovely options: style with purpose!

I decided to pop in on a whim and see what they had. I noticed a sign on the door that said they had a "work dog" inside, which immediately made me joyous. I was even happier that she (I think her name was Jazz!), was the sweetest, most calm dog ever and hung out with me while I shopped. The staff member (who I believe was the owner), was great at keeping her close by, but I made it clear that I welcomed her furry little presence! I was asked right away if I needed help and was led to their fantastic selection of cuff links. Thy source them out of the UK and I believe Texas. Their selection is plentiful - classy and quirky and tailored to all personality types. They have sports one and occupations and I ended up selecting an awesome pair of silver Lego pieces. I mentioned my boyfriend was an MMA trainer and he offered to order in some boxing glove cuff links for us - wonderful customer service! I also picked up a gorgeous Nautica tie (at half off!) and some super cool dinosaur socks for the birthday boy. They have an amazing selection of men's grooming products including beard grooming supplies, European razors and a whole wall of other goodies. They also carry a ton of fun and colourful socks and an insane amount of men's underwear (the second staff member is your go to guy for men's underwear. He admits to owning hundreds of pairs!). They also sell shirts and other accessories. If you're on the hunt for a guy who loves quality and individual gifts, stop by. The products were great but the staff were even better. Can't wait for an excuse to return!

SoftMoc has really increased their style over the years (and it helps that Birkenstocks are now also fashionable) and they now carry all sorts of brand names shoes that are also good for the feet - it's that nice mix of style and comfort that I really appreciate. In comparison, this SoftMoc is a little smaller than many others so they don't have as much variety as other stores, but it's certainly still worth checking out. If you find something you like, they can order it in or even find the shoe in another store via their system, which is much more sophisticated than other inter-store systems I have come across.

Then one day one of my friends told me they also sell clothes. I said "yeah, like riding breeches that make you look like you're wearing a diaper? No thank you." She said "no, like regular clothes." Being the shopper that I am, I had to check it out. My friend was right, they do have regular clothes. Well, they are more "outdoor adventure/active lifestyle" kind of clothes. Like what you would find at Sail, Mountain Equipment Co-Op and Bushtakah. They have a huge selection of Royal Robbins and they carry my favourite brand of this kind of clothing, Toad & Co. (formerly called Horny Toad - and I'm so glad they changed the name because I used to get a lot of funny looks when I asked stores if they carry Horny Toad). Anyway, prices are on par with other stores that sell this kind of clothing. They do have a clearance section at the back of the store where items are marked down and prices can be quite low. If you need to use the fitting room and staff aren't around, there's an old school bell on the wall that you ring. It's pretty cool! I can't speak about any of their equestrian supplies because I don't know anything about such things, but there's a huge selection. Staff are always friendly and nice. The parking lot is unpaved and bumpy with potholes everywhere, so be careful!
