The selection of shoes at the Running Room is incredible but even more incredible is the staff that work there. So knowledgeable, attentive and helpful (expect to spend anywhere between 15 min-45 min just so they make sure you walk (or run ;)) out of there with your best fit shoe. I wish this WAS the standard across the entire service industry. So shout out to Rose at the Merivale location (and apologies to the rest who, over the years, have also provided stellar service). (Oh, another example: deeked into the store quickly the other day but couldn't stay and employee was helping someone else but when he finished, he came over and said, "I noticed you were looking at this one...". Observational skills...Impressive!!!).
