I cannot believe how mean some of the staff is! I went in about a week ago to look at some wedding gifts, and there was a staff member making fun of another! In front of a customer! It wasn't teasing, this lady was joking about how the poor girl-- who was trying to get through a pile of engraving-- must have been drunk when she knocked over a display. It wasn't an offhand comment! It was nasty, vicious slander in front of a customer too polite to tell this lady off! I saw this mean lady at other stores beore. So I feel bad for staff if she's some kind of management. I can't buy from a company that treats it's staff like that! read more
