She said she was at the movies!! She didn't have any couriers that were out delivering and wanted me to wait 2 days until Monday! That was about 3:30 in the afternoon. I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices.
