In hindsight, I would rather a fixed rate by project. You can save costs here if are handy and have the desire to do things on your own. I spent more than I planned, because I didn't have the interest or capacity for such. I was a bit hands off and didn't get overly in the details. I had Just closed, eager to get settled. Everyone I've shown the finished product to is excited about how my project turned out and wants to do the same thing for themselves. I will likely revisit using them to help me edit and keep myself organized, which is a service they offer. I'm back to work off holiday break, with an unboxed home that's organized, but it will cost you. When I move again, I will definitely factor this service in my relocation budget.
