For example, she recently posted that if her clients need quiet time during their appointment she would not take offense because she knows that some people just want to get their hair done without all the extra talking. Ashley Rose is like a hair magician!! I came in with half-assed ombre hair color and she made me into a sassy, balayage queen! I freakin love my hair so much. I got so many compliments at work and my hubby of course. She takes her time to make sure you leave feeling amazing. Her attention to detail is on point. My hair is super even and the color turned out beautifully. I told her I didn't receive anything and that my appointment was already Set and confirmed they scheduled me without the deposit or location being sent to me and told me last minute that I didn't do it I'm assuming it was KAT the owner because she apologized about it and said she is sorry she wasn't able to take me in anymore bc she has a appointment at 10:00....idk how recently they had Vagaro but I have no history with them on there and they said that they sent it there which is a lie bc i also have proof I checked my Gmail and spam in case they sent it through gmail knowing I don't have history with them on Vagaro and they never did they didn't even care to even mention that I SHOULD book in Vagaro instead of their number how I always did the last 2 appointments, As a business that they claim to be, they should really pay attention on what they are doing they made me waste my time coming from Tracy.. They didn't accommodate anything for me for wasting my time for their lack of communication and lack of seeing the small details that's not what a business is.. I understand maybe a trim is not enough what they are looking for but WHY ARE YOU EVEN SCHEDULING AND CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS KNOWING A DEPOSIT IS MADE FIRST BEFORE CONFIRMING??? if they really do care for others time and money as they claim they gotta remind their clients for the deposit and location and if you want them to continue to seek your service you gotta be able to keep up.. That will be the last time I am visiting this place who ever is doing the scheduling and confirming which I'm sure it was KAT that day the owner don't know if she just forgot to do it but thats just a act of carelessness for oneself and their business , but don't lie about sending me the information when you scheduled me and Confirmed the appointment.. you guys have clients coming in everyday how did you not see the deposit not being made when you Confirmed everything??
