After a long hiatus from reviewing, I've finally had an experience worth writing about. Pinterest inspired me to be more creative with my hair and I found this gem to try out. Ashley Rose is like a hair magician!! I came in with half-assed ombre hair color and she made me into a sassy, balayage queen! I freakin love my hair so much. I got so many compliments at work and my hubby of course. She takes her time to make sure you leave feeling amazing. Her attention to detail is on point. My hair is super even and the color turned out beautifully. She helped me pick out the colors because I had chosen a picture with a light skinned model and clearly my skin color is opposite of that so we had to choose a tint that would work for me. I was really excited to try the services offered. I purchased the bayalage highlights with cut and blow dry off of Groupon. I called and left a voicemail to make my appointment. I just got a call back from someone snotty and rude, demanding to know who I was and why I called so early. I was trying to get in today to get my hair done so I called at 6:30 after I purchased it. The lady, allegedly Ashley Rose, had no manners. She said she wasn't available for two weeks. She was so rude to me that I decided to just cancel my order. She did a great job on my daughter's haircut, very cute - turned out exactly as my daughter asked for. I love when your stylist listens to your requests and doesn't over cut or try and talk you into something you didn't come in for. Great experience at Serendipity. Got a haircut and very enjoyable conditioning, and afterwards my hair glittered like the sun. Well, I've been wanting to get my haircut for a while now, and I went to yelp and this salon was the first one to pop up! After reading the reviews, I decided to call and make an appointment. I am so happy I did! I have really thick curly hair and was so nervous to trust someone else to do it, but tiffany did a fabulous job! She cut my hair so nicely and doubled checked with me to make sure I was ready to chop it off! (My hair was pretty long) she is so friendly and easy to conversate with. Got my eyebrows done by Rashma! Really awesome job, had them threaded just like I wanted to (and even better). She has a stamp card, do 5 eyebrow threadings and get the 6th one free! Eyebrow threading costs $10 which is definitely worth the price :^). The only other place that I have ever liked was in San Diego but that's a little too far from here.
