Wish I would've remembered her name but she was so kind from start to finish, my appointment was at 1 and we didn't finish until almost 8 pm. As tired as she was she didn't rush at all nor did she make me feel uncomfortable. Definitely recommend this hair salon. Everyone was friendly, even the clients, while waiting for my appointment. Adrianna was amazing. For being there for the first time, she made me feel very comfortable. I've been coming to this salon for a long time and have always loved my experience, but the atmosphere has changed and this has been going on for quite a while now. The barbers and other staff in the back are constantly yelling and speaking very loudly to one another, making it difficult to even communicate with my stylist. Instead of being relaxing, the noise is overwhelming and leaves me with a headache--especially after a long day of work when I'm coming in to unwind. I'm not the only one who feels this way--friends of mine who are also clients have noticed and said the same thing. It's disappointing that I now feel the need to go somewhere else. The first time I paid $180, cut and weave went well, happy. The second time I paid $340.00 for hair cut good and color was ok, not blonde like I like. Updating my review because when I first did my hair by Pablo it was amazing. I loved the hair and he was such an amazing guy. But I contacted him recently to see if he can fix my hair and he said yes but he's currently doing house calls, which is fine and asked for a $50 deposit & I sent it. On the day of meeting, he did not respond. He left me hanging until almost 2 whole days later and said he didn't feel well which I understand but still could've at least received a text or something. We rescheduled to another date. That day came and he told me he had a "flat tire" and said he was actually 30 mins away. Which I HIGHLY doubt... I think he already knew he wasn't going to show up. I asked for my deposit back and he completely ignored me and I never received my deposit.. I never knew for him to be like this. Went here to get my hair done for prom. Was continuously told my hair was too heavy, thick and hard to work with. I have naturally pretty curly hair so I came with it washed and blow dried ready to go. The end product was pretty but nothing like what I asked for even though I asked multiple times before we got started if it would be possible as I had other styles in mine. They even went as far as to cut a couple pieces of my hair to get it to work properly with the hair style. Overall vibe of the salon was kind and friendly maybe just not curly hair friendly as they seemed to have a hard time working with my hair. read more

At 2:30 I was still waiting for her to finish. I finally told the receptionist at 4:00 that I couldn't wait any longer that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours. I left.
