Madelyn has been my stylist that I've been going to her for years and she's AMAZING! She is so talented, she listens, she's open to trying new things with my hair and her main goal is to make me happy. She's also very fun, friendly and happy to be there which makes the whole experience even better! I love that they also carry different lines of hair/face care that I'm not used to seeing everywhere. These brands are legit and have become a staple for me. The vibes I get from this place is that they treat their employees right because they ALL seem so happy. I had to text and ask when I may be seen for my follow cut and after over 2 weeks, I still didn't have a follow up appointment and was not contacted by the other stylist. So, no, no one kept in touch with me from the salon. I kept having to reach out to them. And there was no charge for my half haircut but I did drive from out of town, have to take off work early to meet your salon hours, only to not get my hair cut . I wanted it cut the same way as I walked it with it but shorter. Pretty simple really.
