Jade does it once again. Went back to Jade almost three months later to get a haircut and I love it! I love the way she blends everything to make it look so natural and not blunt. She even pleased my 13 year old which is a miracle! My daughter (no pictures tho sorry) couldn't stop playing with her hair in the mirror when we got home. This place is newly renovated, clean, and amazing! I just found my new go to salon! I live in Elk Grove, but I make my way down here to get my hair done by Jade. Jade does fantastic hair work and always get my hair done right! I just simply show her a picture of what I want, and she can replicate it. On top of the hair sessions, I get my nails done here. The things I usually check for in a salon are sanitation, professionalism, great prices, customer service, and their art work. Simply E'le'gance Salon & Spa exceeded them all! I was very happy with Carol's services. Not only did she do a wonderful job, but she was very personable and made me feel fantastic! All in all, I was very happy with the service and price I paid for. This shop seems to use the best items in the market including their nail polish (all OPI). I feel bad leaving this review because the first time I came here for a pedi it was with Jade and she did amazing. I came back with my sister and it was two other ladies who acted like they've never done pedicures before. We had gel on our toes already to be soaked off and they just grinded the hell out of our toes. Paid extra for paraffin and there was hardly any in the bag to wear it only covered my heels and the rest of my foot was in a dry bag. Lastly, this was my sisters paint job. read more

Jade did my hair on Tuesday and I LOVE it. She's amazing. Friendly, down to earth and it seems she genuinely cares about her clients. She had several regulars walk in while doing my hair and she had politely asked them to come back a little later and they all agreed. They didn't want anyone else to do their nails or hair. I mean just look at the pictures on here she's amazingly talented! Relaxed atmosphere, not uppity and rude like other "high end" salons. This place is out of this world (of Lodi). I didn't know of such a cool place as a salon. I got a haircut here because of @[Mimi V.] as she comes here only for Jade. The place is huge and has basically everything. The prices are reasonable but what makes this place really stand out is the staff and friendliness. They make you feel so comfortable and do what you ask for. I have an easy haircut but a lot of people mess it up all the time. Definitely recomended. Went in to get my hair colored for fall a melt from walnut to red and did a great job. Price is very reasonable as I've paid a lot more at other places and either not got what I wanted or it not last. Also, they have reasonable price on waxing services and actually use the soft wax which I prefer over other places that use hard wax. read more

Awful experience. I made an appointment for three manicure/pedicures for myself and two of my bridesmaids. When we got there, for some reason they split us up even though the salon was empty. So while one bridesmaid and I had our toes done, my other bridesmaid was having her nails done. Just kind of awkward. Then as the appointments went on, solicitors kept walking in and asking staff and guests for sales. The ladies were nice and did a decent job on our nails but the overall experience was subpar at best. :/ read more

Jade was very friendly and seemed to understand what it was that I wanted. I had previously had an A-line cut that was growing out. I simply asked to just even it out and make it all one length and to trim my layers and bangs.. she seemed to not really measure or make sure both sides were even like other hairdressers have done but I thought, what do i know? I'm not the professional. At the end she said my type of cut needed to be styled so she curled it for me and I thought it looked decent. The next day I washed my hair and straightened it and noticed how much of a mess it actually is! The length is uneven, the layers are shorter on one side than the other and it just looks choppy and uneven. Very unhappy with how the cut turned out, what a waste of $30. I'm going to go to another salon to have them fix it. Would not recommend, not sure why it has 5 stars to be honest. read more

I actually had no idea how I wanted my hair cut but Jade recommended a A-like cut (I have super curly hair). It looks beautiful and soooo much lighter. However they were able to get me in for a long term color change. I asked and they strongly delivered! Went from dark black hair of 3 years to a warm soft brown hair! I love it! I had expected some type of damage because let's face it striping black color you're going to get damage. My hair looks and feels healthy! So I happened to drive by this place last week & thought I should give it a try since Color Nails & Rob & Lisa are always packed. I'm soooo happy that I did - no wait at all & I was immediately impressed with how clean the place was. I had the spa pedi with paraffin wax along with a mani...both were fantastic & at these prices, I'm wondering why people aren't breaking the door down to get in this place (probably bc they've been open for only 2 months). Even though I only saw one woman getting her hair done, and another getting her nails done, I was told "there is no time today sorry" by an employee. When I walked in, I saw many nail stations, pedicure chairs, and hair stations empty. I don't understand how there wasn't "no time today" even there were so many empty chairs. Now, if your door says "walk-ins welcome", I expect more than a "no time today sorry" when there are only 2 customers in the whole business. I was a walk in a few months ago, needing some low lights added to my hair and a trim. Jade did a fantastic job taking my overly processed highlights and making me look natural again. She added my natural color back in, and re-shaped my layers, washed and styled me right up so I could meet my friends that night. I returned to her last week for another trim and style for my 19th wedding anniversary and I looked amazing she is truly an artist.
