I had contemplated getting it for so long because I was flat-chested. I lost a lot of weight the previous year so getting a breast augmentation was the cherry on top for my confidence. I also wanted to get minor liposuction on my stomach. I had a pocket of stubborn fat underneath my belly button that would not go away no matter how many sit-ups I did. I called to set up my consultation and dealt with Lucy. She was so nice and made me so happy. I remember getting off the phone and smiling because I was so excited about my consultation. Consultation: The following Tuesday I arrived at my consultation. I was so nervous but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were so welcoming. I changed into the gown and Dr. Craft came in with a sweet nurse! I didn't get her name but she has always been so sweet! He spent a lot of time with me! He went over everything, answered all my questions, gave his advice, and listened to what I WANTED. He was so informative and I knew that I wanted to start the process. I want to say I was almost there for an hour. Weighing my options, listening to the pros and cons, and asking questions. I'm so thankful for the consultation because I left very confident and firm on my decision. I ended up picking 415 cc of silicone, high profile. I wanted to be a full C or D cup so this was my best option. Blood work: I came back a few weeks later where I met Cybil! The most amazing person in the world! Gosh, I love that girl! She took my blood and informed me about everything! What to do, what not to do, and everything I needed to do before my surgery. I got a really big packet of paper but left knowing everything that was in that packet. They took before pics, measured me, and answered any questions. During this time I was put in contact with Marilyn who is great! She gave me her phone number and during this entire process, I asked any questions that came to mind. She has always been so sweet and helpful! Procedure: I was extremely nervous since I had never gone under anesthesia before. My surgery was scheduled for 10 am so I followed all the instructions the night before. The anesthesiologist called me the night before asking if I had any questions which made me feel a lot better. When I arrived I got put into the room and got changed into the gown. The recovery nurse April came in and talked me through everything and gave me an anti-nausea pill. She is just the best! I remember her telling me about her son; she was so sweet! She said most people don't remember her much since they get knocked out but how could I forget such a sweet lady! Dr. Craft came in and went over the game plan with me. He marked me up and made sure we were on the same page. I went into surgery 100% confident and excited. I wasn't nervous at all. Everyone was so nice and explained what they were doing to me. I knew I was about to knock out when the lights were swaying back and forth and I was 100% calm. I woke up and April was there, she brought my fiance in and I went hope. Later that night Dr. Craft called me and we talked. He explained to me how the procedure went and told me instructions for going forward. This meant a lot to me and just made me so happy that I picked him to do my surgery. Recovery: As I'm writing this I'm about 6 weeks post op. I have followed their instructions religiously and have worn my fajas 23.5/24 hours a day. The follow-up appointments have been great and the support has been so great. I did lymphatic massages with Janet and she was great!! Since I only got a little bit of lipo I only had to do 4 sessions but it helped reduce the swelling so much. Worth every penny. She was great and I enjoyed getting to know her. Everyone in this office is amazing and I'm so thankful and blessed to have gained the amazing care of the staff and developed many friendships. And he got my stomach flat and my back rolls down from 2 to 1. lol. So that definitely boosted my confidence and I'm forever grateful. I then came back mid January for bbl and lipo 360 and so far I am loving my results. He is so kind. But also know that in order to get answers from him you have to have your questions ready. He soft spoken and is a man of few words. The nurses in the waiting after surgery are a little bitchy but that doesn't bother me because I can be very bitchy as well. That is something that they can work on, is how they treat patients after having surgery. But I also hear this about other clinics not just Smart Plastics. The receptionist,Vanessa, is so so friendly and accommodating when scheduling appointments. I only had to wait a few minutes before going to the ultrasound room. The lights in the room were dimmed down which I really appreciate as it made the room more comfortable to be in. The ultrasound technician was very kind as well and made the 15 min process very comfortable and easy. She even took the time to explain what we were looking at on the monitor. Both Dr. Rashmi, and Hall Murthy are fantastic doctors and humans! I have come to know both Dr. Murthys and their staff over the past few years. I am beyond pleased with the expertise of the doctors. Whether it has been for a cold or something more complicated like a strange allergic reaction that my allergist couldn't even diagnose, they have been incredibly professional, timely, extraordinarily knowledgeable, caring and personable. I feel so "cared for" when I come to their office. I know they are genuinely concerned about my long term well-being and for me as a person. Interestingly, Dr. Rashimi Murthy, the daughter who is my main doctor, also made sure to check things that other doctors haven't even bothered to check. For example, she identified that I am deficient in numerous vitamins and nutrients which explained why I had been so tired for such a long time. We embarked on a plan to replenish my body's stores and I slowly got better. Prior doctors had tested me for thyroid problems or assumed I was suffering from depression or just plainly gave up on trying to help me. I also have to stay that all of the members of the staff at this office are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Here is my update as of 6/18:…read more I had an appt last week but was unable to make it because I was held up at work. I received an apolegetic voicemail from the dr prior to meeting him today. He was very polite and explained possible reasons for the burns. He took pictures for future reference, and the girl who did the treatment was also present. He said that he found it strange that I was burned because I have had laser before. Dr. De La Rosa assured me that the technician was one of the most experienced in the office and showed me sign-in sheets to prove it. He then proceeded to show me my charts that showed that the laser was at the same settings both times. Dr. De La Rosa informed me that he is meeting with a representative from the laser company to see what could have gone wrong and asked me if I would be able to be a part of it. The doctor gave me a lighetning lotion called elure to help the scarring and also offered me a procedure free of charge for my inconvenience. My friend will be visiting him next week so he can help her with her burns. I do appreciate the follow-up and the attention, but in the end I was still burned. So much for a summer at the beach. I did up my review by one star because the doctor did seem interested in what happened and gave me the attention that I needed. I do give him full credit for taking responsibility and ownership of his business and the procedure that went wrong. However, I was still burned, I can only hope that the cream prevents scarring. I will be updating after my next visit in about 3 weeks.

Everyone was nice the day I had the treatment, but despite that I still got burned. It either appears the technician does not know what she is doing or their machine is no good. When I called back about a month later the receptionist told me that it was normal and it would eventually go away. LIE! Then she proceeded to tell me to use an exfoliater in that area. Of course to try to scrub off the burn marks! So basically I still have the veins, but now it looks even worse than before because of the burns. I wish someone would have reviewed this place before I went. I wouldn't go to this place for any type of treatment. And I still haven't recieved a refund for the prepaid sessions I am not going to use.
