Let me start by saying this: LaserAway is not the cheapest option and I'm completely okay with that…read morebecause there are some things I'm simply not willing to gamble with, especially when lasers and my skin are involved! I've been going to LaserAway for 5 years, and one of the biggest benefits for me is that they have locations all over the country. I travel often and may continue living in different places, so it's incredibly important that when I purchase a package, it never expires and can be used at any LaserAway location. I also really appreciate that what you purchase can be transferred to another service if your needs change. For example, I bought a tattoo-removal package but ended up not needing all the appointments. Instead of losing what I had already paid for, the remaining treatments were transferred to laser hair removal. That kind of flexibility is a huge reason I continue choosing LaserAway. More importantly, they do things properly. I've been getting laser hair removal for over ten years and have tried more than ten different businesses. LaserAway is by far the place where I feel the fewest corners are cut, and trust me, corners are often cut by these businesses! LaserAway's equipment feels current, the treatments are thorough, and I've never gotten the impression that they use weaker settings just to stretch out the number of appointments you'll need, which is also surprisingly often done by other clinics. I've also been having two tattoos removed while receiving laser hair removal, and my skin has never reacted badly. During my most recent appointment, I wanted hair removal on an area where one tattoo was almost completely gone. They could easily have rushed ahead, but instead, they paused and went through a whole process to double-check whether it was truly safe. Ultimately, they advised me to wait until the tattoo had faded completely. That moment confirmed exactly why I trust them: they're not willing to skip steps or take unnecessary risks just to make another sale. Now for my favorite part of this review: my girl Yeisy! I've probably had close to 30 different people perform laser hair removal on me over the years, but Yeisi is the one I've stuck with. I have officially become that slightly annoying client who calls to schedule and immediately asks, "But will Yeisy be there?" She is more careful and thorough than anyone else I've ever seen, and she always does the job VERY properly. Beyond that, she's consistently warm, cheerful, and so much fun to be around. My appointments with her are honestly an instant mood booster, which is quite an accomplishment when the activity involves repeatedly being zapped by a laser! To the owner: protect this woman at all costs and never let her go ;) And to Yeisy: thank you for being so wonderful and for making every visit something I genuinely look forward to!!

Till this day I'm still waxing and shaving both areas, since I moved out of Miami and I'm not close to the only place that I did my laser and have lasting results (Lasoderm) I'm stuck to continue shaving and waxing until I find another place. My friend also did laser at Prestige and she had better results than me which tells me it may be because of her tone of skin being the Caucasian type and I'm more olive skin that the machine they use here which is the Candela Yag did not worked for me. I pretty much threw my money off the drain with getting laser here. However, the owner David is super nice and accommodating. I decided to do my underarms because I had to shave my underarms every. single day. I also decided to do Brazilian because I prefer being hairless in that area. I am currently on my 6th laser hair removal session for my underarms and the 5th for my Brazilian. I am sooo happy with my results so far. Currently I have no more growth of coarse black hair at all and only patchy thin hair. I don't have to shave until I go to my next appointment. It takes about 8-12 sessions that you do every 4-6 weeks. Is there pain? The underarms are very tolerable, I almost don't pay attention to it even at the highest setting. However, the Brazilian, oh man, you can get sweaty from the session and sometimes you have to ask them to give you a break buuuut I will take the few seconds of pain for not shaving and would still recommend laser to everyone even in this sensitive area. You won't regret it! :)
