Boneless Chicken Kabob
Mikey V.

I always come here with family and it never disappoints. I've never ordered outside of my all time favorite, boneless chicken kabob. Make sure you mix the tomato and onions with the rice to get the full foodie experience! Things have slightly changed since the last time I've been there. The portions have shrunken through time and the dining areas had minor changes. Everyone was super nice.

All Vegan/Vegetarian! Choice Of Two Special Rice: Adas Polo & Zereshk Polo. Tahdig with side of Ghormeh Sabzi and Gheymeh.

I'm not sure why I've never tried Rumi's before. Well to be fair I thought they wouldn't have any options for a vegan like me. But nope I was wrong! They've got so many options!! I called to make sure and they confirmed their rice and most stews can be made vegetarian/vegan! We got the vegetarian Choice of two special rice, I picked the Adas and Zereshk Polo. This also comes with Borani (sautéed eggplant with GARLIC ) and Shirazi salad. We also got the Tahdig, which also comes with the option to add on 1-3 accompanying stews. I obviously picked Ghormeh Sabzi and Gheymeh. Everything was delicious and I would eat here again and recommend this place 1000%!!!

Ash Reshteh / Persian Noodle Soup

What can I say about this place. We were craving Iranian cuisine and randomly came across this gem. We went with low expectations as we have had very mixed experiences with a lot of Iranian restaurants... some turn out great and some leave us underwhelmed .. any how when we came we took the staff's recommendations.. we ordered their noodle soup and boi oh boi it was soo good.. warmth in a bowl. Followed by the main course .. we ordered their soltani platter, mixed plate koobedeh and salmon platter ... the barq in soltani was soft juicy and so well prepared coz normally it tends to get dry or chewy.. so we had chosen medium ... and it was amazing.. I chose their salmon platter as i was contemplating on white fish but i went as per staff recommendation.. even their mix koobedeh was delicious... it consists of one skewer of chicken and one beef.. not only is their food delicious their portions are very decent .. so much flavors .. we had no room for dessert so we skipped it .. they have a very cosy and neat ambiance.. nothing over the top neither basic.. just perfect.. and what can I say about their staff.. superb.. this has to be our goto place for Iranian cuisine.. by far it scores in all aspects...

Bakhtiari and beef koobideh.

Decided to give thos place a try, we've been craving Mediterranean food. Walked in was greeted with friendly staff. Got seated, the brought us some warm lavash bread and butter. So delicious. I ordered a bakhtiari (half chicken and half filet mignon) with basmati rice. My husband ordered lamb koobideh. We also had two side orders of beef koobideh. Everything was so moist, well seasoned, and delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Koobideh Beef Kabobs

I've eaten here many years before. I don't recall much about the experience other than it wasn't really worth driving out for. Not from around here. Since I was in town and looking for a place to eat I randomly pulled into this plaza driving around looking for something and recognized the name. My favorite kind of food is Mediterranean food, specifically Persian, Iranian, Armenian style kebabs. Most of the kebabs in the Inland Empire are Arabic style, Kafta Kebabs. They tend to be Lebanese restaurants. You would have to look for Persian restaurants to get the kind of kabobs called Koobideh. They are similar but the seasoning is different. I've driven to Orange county, Glendale, Arcadia, to go to my favorite spots. I wanted to like this place because it's a little bit closer than the one that is my current favorite, in Rancho Cucamonga. Unfortunately, this was not one of my favorite examples of Persian style. First of all, the reception wasn't very warm. It might have been because it was past 8:00 p.m. but that's still 45 minutes to closing. They don't have garlic sauce but I suppose that's not a required thing. If you look at the pictures of the dine-in plates they include onions and what looks like parsley. My plate only had the two skewers of beef, half a tomato, and a bed of rice. There was a bag of bread with no butter and that's pretty much it for close to $20. Other restaurants would at least have a small side of Persian salad or Tabouleh depending on the restaurant. Sometimes you'll get a grilled pepper. I can live without those extra sides really. However the beef was overdone and dry. The rice was pretty good but that's pretty standard. Maybe it would have been better to dine in at this place. But other restaurants are able to pull off delicious to go plates that aren't too far off from their dine-in quality. It's like there wasn't minced onion included in the ground beef which is usually what makes the kebabs juicy at other spots. The place would otherwise be a good sit-down restaurant. Perhaps their other dishes are better. But the typical signature dish would have to be the ground beef. If a restaurant can't get the most common dish right, why would you think they would excel in any of the other ones? I hope they improve. I would really like good options in different areas of the IE if I'm in town.

Delicious Persian food in the Inland Empire! We've been coming here for years and it still is a go-to spot when we get the craving. Food sometimes takes awhile to prepare (20+ mins), but everything is so fresh and tasty when it arrives at the table. Can't wait for my next visit!

Barg Kabob
Shereen H.

I ordered barg. They stated it was "our finest cut of charbroiled filet mignon." This is by no means filet mignon. This is skirt steak or carne asada. You don't get long fibers like these in filet mignon. Don't lie to customers. Just advertise what you're serving or serve what you're advertising. I took two bites and was done.

They are Afghans running an Iranian food restaurant. Their food is awful. Their tag dig is so hard that it's almost broke my teeth.

I think their prices are a too high and they give a weird vibe at the front desk. The meat is very good quality and is very tasty though.

It comes with a few different choices of meat, rice, and your choice of sides. It says it feeds four, but honestly, it feels like it feeds even more. We always end up taking food home. The Mediterranean salad is always fresh, the service is friendly, and the food never disappoints. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Mediterranean food with generous portions, I definitely recommend Panini Kabob. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I've continued giving this place chances because I used to enjoy the food, but my most recent experience was genuinely the breaking point. I paid almost $80 for a family of four combo, and the quality was unacceptable for what I spent. The rice was severely undercooked, and the "grilled vegetables" were practically raw. The only things that tasted remotely normal were the chicken, tzatziki and pita bread. For nearly $80, I shouldn't have to settle for food that feels rushed and poorly prepared. To make matters worse, I asked for sumac and was given ONE packet. For a family of four combo? Are we being serious right now? It's the little things like this, combined with the consistently declining food preparation quality, that make the entire experience frustrating. It's genuinely disappointing to watch a place you've been going to for years go downhill like this. I understand that prices increase, but when customers are paying this much, the quality and portions of everything should reflect that. At this point, I can't justify spending my money here anymore. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this is not the experience longtime customers should be having.

I've had halal kabobs from restaurants all over SoCal and the country and this place is still my favorite. It's a great option for catering (I always get the family platter pictured) and this was my go to place when we lived nearby - the flavors are tasty but not too overpowering so it works for all guests no matter their spice preference. We still drive up to 30 mins to cater from here because the food is always so good and a reliable hit with any guests that we have over. FOOD: The meat is not just flavorful but most importantly, it's somehow always just so moist, so juicy, and so tender all the way through. And it's not just the meats - every item they serve is just really unexpectedly delicious. At most kabob places, the rice/pita/salad/hummus are just weak add ons to fill up the plate, but these items are always so delicious at Kabob House and you can always taste the flavor bursting in every item (my fav is the salad which has a lemon/vinegary kick to it that just elevates the meal). All the items on the menu are great, but my personal favorite is the salmon kabob (if you've never had a salmon kabob, do yourself a favor and try it out and at least add one skewer of it if you get a combo) - the owner recommended this to me years ago, and I've always added at least a couple skewers every time since - all my guests rave about it. SERVICE/AMBIANCE It's a small casual family owned restaurant and the service is always super friendly. You can see the food being made fresh behind the counter which shows their confidence - it's clear they take immense pride in the quality of all their items and are eager to share their food and Palestinian heritage. The price is also exceptional value for the quantity of food you get, especially compared to other similar restaurants. OVERALL: I will continue to eat from here and would highly recommend trying it out.
