I overheard Rafi explaining to the other table and folks that got takeout that it would be an extra charge, but he could customize their orders, which I thought was nice that he was very transparent with them upfront and willing to work with the customer so that they could order the items that they want. I also appreciated him explaining to my friend that Turkish coffee comes with sugar and not milk and clarifying if she was OK with that before he made the coffee. We were given free firnee.
