Been with them a year. Always had great service. Techs are very attentive. Have had a couple of special treatments at no extra charge.

I'd give it less than one star if I could. Entire experience was one big headache. Plus, my bugs were not significantly different with or without the spraying. It started with a door to door solicitation for pest control. I was only a year into the house and the area, and thought I'd give them a try. I signed up for a quarterly service for outside spraying for a year, and they'd spray inside if needed. They tried to add on a mosquito spraying as well, and I said that I hadn't noticed any problem with mosquitos, even mowing my own lawn, so I'd pass. Unknown to me, they signed me up for that also, anyway. The guy I was working with had me sign his iPad a couple of times, and I got no copy of the contract. A few months later, I noticed I was being double billed, and I called customer service. They said I had signed the contract for both, and was obligated, but they'd give me the benefit of the doubt if I extended the regular service an additional quarter. After an extended conversation, and exhausted with the confrontation, I agreed. After talking with neighbors, I found another service that was more effective, and I thought I'd switch at the end of my contract. Then Rumble failed to show up for a quarterly visit. I called customer service to cancel the service immediately despite paying four extra monthly payments without service. I was told that I could cancel only if I paid an additional cancellation charge. Then they hung up on me promptly at 5pm, quitting time, without resolution to the issue. Don't know how they escape the BBB, but stay away from these scammers. Bad business model, bad product. read more

We have used this company for just over a year. They make you sign up for a 1 yr contract and the rates are quite high. This year they raised the price. We opted for the mole control service as well (pricy). I have never had so many moles! Worthless! They say they do the inside and outside of homes. I've only seen them do anything on the outside once in over a year. when they do the inside, it's just a squirt here and there. Ants are everywhere! When i tried to cancel, I got an argumentative rep. That refused to listen. They also took advantage of my 91 y/o mother by misleading her on the phone. Do Not Use This Company! read more

Rumble Pest Solutions go door to door and the sales pitch is a scam. I was told that only natural pest control would be used in the back yard where my dogs play and hang out. Natural meaning no chemicals. It doesn't mean Fipronil....plus all the other chemicals they used in the yard. Fipronil is what is used in flea and tick products for dogs.. like Frontline and numerous others. Fipronil is also what my one dog is highly allergic to. So several hours after treatment my dog has a raging rash on his stomach and chewed his itching paws bloody. I emailed Rumble on 8/22/25 and stated what happened. They emailed my back "promptly" on 9/29/25. It included list of poison on the yard none of which was natural by any means. Another red flag was when all the earthworms in the ground were coming up dead all over the lawn. Very bad!!! I stated I wanted no treatment from them on 11/17/25 when they called verify the treatment appointment for 11/18/25. The customer care agent calls to pretend she's concerned and that they indeed do have an all natural protocol and that they would "help" me resolve all the issues. So, why didn't they use that in the first place which is the only reason I hired them? I got really angry. Number one because of the injury to my dog that they caused and then the patronizing stupid attitude of that agent. The whole call was about getting the remaining money from me on the contract. There was zero concern for the damage they did to my dogs health or for how misleading and deceitful they are. They are the worst. No accountability, just greed and lies. Also, if you don't send a certified letter to them a month before your contract is up, they will demand payment on the auto renewal that they instate. The better business bureau reviews on this company ( it is not a BBB rated company) state that. Rumble Pest Control is horrible! read more

Annoying assholes continuously ring my doorbell to pester me about pest control. I have told them many times I already have pest control and they come anyway. The guy today rang my bell, got told no, then came back 2 minutes later and RANG AGAIN. Disgusting company! Do not use them. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences. Fulfilled my contract and then wanted to cancel. They claim that I owe them because they generated a invoice. My next quarterly service is over 2 months away. Their only reason for charging me and threating to send me to collections is because they already created an invoice!!! Multiple conversations with their office with out any care. I would advise to never use this company quick to take your money slow for any sort of service. read more

I had been planning on getting some sort of pest control schedule started, but looking up prices online which were fairly high for reoccurring service caused me to put it off. Rumble approached me and let me know they service a good number of homes in the neighborhood/area and gave me information when I expressed interest. These people are experts, truly care about their customer (warranty - will come back out if they didn't kill em...until it's done!), and charge $109 per quarter for complete coverage of your home/yard. Pet and kid safe products were a huge plus, and the tech showed up exactly at 12 when I had a 12-2 time window - very professional and worked fast! Thanks Rumble read more

Fly by night door knocker solicitation company!!! Horrible, horrible service!!! Do not use this company unless you want to continually have to call and schedule service, then them not show up numerous times and then when they finally do, you still have spiders and ants!!! When you try to cancel the service, they will tell you that you have to pay $160 cancellation fee. The customer service manager is unprofessional and rude. He even agreed to not do our bedroom due to my antisocial 11 year old daushaund fur baby. Next time will take her out to park so Nate can do entire house. Nate in Muldrow area is safe and legit. RUN AWAY!!! Do not use this company. For starters, I had multiple treatments and it was ineffective. We were inundated with all sorts of bugs: spiders, millipedes, etc. The worst part is that they don't explain their contract terms when their slick salesperson pitches you. A regular treatment costs $135 but they offer your first treatment at $65 and say that you have to pay the discount if you cancel the service before the year is up. That makes it sound like you'd be on the hook for $70 if you cancel. WRONG! I attempted to cancel only to find out that the first treatment was actually a "clearing treatment" which normally costs $269. So to get out of the contract I had to pay $204. It was either that or pay over $400 for ineffective treatments for the remainder of the year. If you don't believe me, check the BBB. There are multiple complaints. read more

After doing some painting and work at one of my duplexes I noticed all kinds of critters. I called this company up and told them what kinda bugs we had. The guy assured me it wasn't a problem and they would send a technician out to check out my problem. I met up with the guy today and we sprayed both sides down with he's special sauce he says lol. What's nice is they have a bi-monthly plan so I signed up for the service. As far as the service I got it was top notch. I would highly recommend this place for all your bug problems. read more
