The reason for this extra charge was because they did not account for the removal of the dirt and rocks before. How do they not know they have to remove the grass or rocks and why wouldn't that be part of the initial consult. I assumed it was. I had already put a deposit and didn't want to be out the that money so I paid the extra $2,000. Once the work was complete I didn't have any issues. However within 2-3 months after install the sprinklers they supposedly fixed started working which they told me they had closed it off and disconnected. So now I have weeds. Then about 6 months later I noticed ripples in the turf. I have called them multiple times as I'm within the 1 year warranty. When I called him and told him what was happening he just laughed and hung up the phone. After that I tried calling multiple times and they never pick up. If you want shitty work, unprofessional people who don't honor their warranty then use this place.

They were able to knock the wall down within a day due to the amount of equipment Tim had. They finished the job in three days and I am so happy with the results. Tim kept me in constant communication with what he was doing and gave me daily text updates of the next steps that they were going to do. Another thing that I appreciated was that he checked in when he did not hear from me. I had to verify with neighbors and he made sure to check in to see if I still needed work done. If his crew lacks experience in doing a task, he has them just leave it as is and simply tells the customer/me, what I'm asking for "is not possible and he doesn't have time nor the money to try and fix my issues". Every time I'd call for an issue, he'd be upset screaming and threaten to take his people off the job. One day he will be pleasant and easy to work with and the next day he can be disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of everything else, he will be deceitful. He promised me "Duramax" Vinyl fencing. He provided me an invoice specifying Duramax was purchased. Once the job was done, I had already lost all trust in this man and grew suspicious, so I called a Duramax rep to come out and inspect the product....I'm glad I did. The fence he used was a cheap product manufactured in China. I went as far as calling the company shown on the invoice - AG Fencing Supply. They told me they do not sell Duramax and do not sell to contractors. I spent thousands of dollars for peace of mind a "licensed contractor" would do a good job without having any issues - I was so wrong.

The statement of work he provides is fully laid out and he explains line by line to ensure we're on the same page. Payments were scheduled for specific milestones. This was our first major remodel endeavor, so quite an exciting and scary process considering the potential investment and living adjustment during the process. We initially reached out to Solomon regarding adding square footage to our home. A 4' bump forward, adding an additional bedroom, and bumping the back of our house for a new kitchen. He was very clear up front of the overall process, timeline and expectations to ensure we knew the order of sequence of how the project would roll out. He spent a good 6 months with us during the planning and design phase, from engineering, blueprinting and permitting. We also visited some of his previous customers and talked to his customers and they all shared the same sentiment of his approach and quality of work. If he needed more time, he could've just said that, but as a customer I should not be having to be constantly following up (4 times since the in-person inspection) with you when YOU'VE SET the dates/schedule for delivery of your estimate. That's highly UNPROFESSIONAL. I give quotes in my business (software) and set days/times and when there's even a slight change I update my customers. That's how what's good or excellent customer service is all about. PEOPLE Recieving service need to be ablet o TRUST YOUR WORD.
