He shamed me for trying to use more than one $5 coupon at one visit to target. Yes you heard me, $5 coupon. Not $50, not $500 but $5. I have been to 3 other targets that allowed me to do multiple transactions with the rebate coupons. Mind you, I am buying $54 Enfamil containers of formula. But the man is most likely a woman hater and kept insisting that I should not be doing it and the other targets should not be allowing me to use multiple transactions for the formula. So this woman hater is telling me, my child who drinks 10 little cans or 5 big cans of Enfamil formula a month, I should space out my coupons every couple of weeks. That's so hilarious. Then why would Enfamil send 15 coupons that expire within a few months of receiving them. He would not let up, until I said I'm just trying to feed my child. I have never seen such a horrible customer service representative in my life. Not sure who he paid to become manager of this location. Rest assured, I will be mentioning this to all my friends and family to avoid this location as much as possible. What crappy customer service, disrespect towards woman and buying customers. I spent over $300 today on Enfamil formula at target and he refused to let me use a couple of $5 coupons. Today, I visited the Newington Costco for a TPMS issue and received outstanding service from Tony and Norvel. They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Despite an extremely busy shop, they remained calm, courteous, and respectful with everyone. When my vehicle wasn't ready at the original estimated time, they took the time to explain the delay and sincerely apologized. At no point did they seem frustrated or dismissive. Instead, they continued treating every customer with patience and kindness. I also remember Tony helping me tremendously with a battery issue about seven months ago. He may not remember me, but I certainly remember his exceptional service. Tony and Norvel are a credit to Costco. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customers make a lasting impression. Thank you both for a job well done.

I was kind of awkward at first, knowing that we might have different taste. However, June listened and adjusted to what I liked. In a short time, we selected a delightful suite of living room furniture. June made sure the furniture arrived on time and arrived on the delivery day to put everything gorgeously in place while I worked on my business, including tactfully putting aside some junk and even offering to hang our art. That gave me huge relief, because it was the day before my guests were to arrive, and I had no time to deal with it. I was also impressed that June did many things off the clock and didn't charge us extra when she realized it would suit our taste and lack of time best to order our art gallery wrapped. June also found a way to repurpose four lamps that we had so that they went with the decor where they were situated. I have already hired Shea Studio Interiors for an additional project to spruce up my bedroom and office. Additionally, June's suggestion to move my office from upstairs to downstairs has tremendously benefitted my business operations, will save me on taxes, and will provide me a better sense of peace in the upstairs, "home" part of my home/office.
