When the other young lady returned, she asked me if I was done with the safety glasses snarky as though I was responsible to put them away. Found several items at this location that we had not seen at our local stores. Really liked their selection of electronics - phone charging cords and accessories. $1.99 for most but really worth it. Been using my cords for a week already without any issues. Quality looking products, too. Surprised to find out that this location had public restrooms which did not require a background check and a key attached to a tire rim. Bathroom was clean and obviously well maintained. Checking out was a breeze. Helped by a smiling associate. Great experience. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

It was obvious and incredibly insulting. Years ago, I worked for Walgreens--I know what working looks like, and this wasn't it. We were dressed in our Sunday best, out celebrating my son's birthday. It was heartbreaking having to explain to my kids, especially my son on his special day, what was really happening. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or suspected simply because of the color of their skin. Walgreens, do better.
