Cons - Mac and cheese too mushy, Cole slaw under dressed, Sweet Lou's pulled pork and brisket sandwich was very light on the pork and the brisket was one super hard end bit. We like the idea of having a local independent bbq place nearby and we will definitely be back. Me for the kielbasa again and I want to try the cornbread and beans. My husband really liked the spare ribs and brisket sandwich. He said it made all the difference that the brisket was sliced, not chopped. I had a bite of his potato salad and it was really good too. I liked the kielbasa and it was great that a bbq place didn't only have hot links. Service was friendly and fast. They've only been open about a year and it's nice that people are finding it. You can order To Go or they have a few tables outside (no shade) or on the back patio with umbrellas. Open Wednesday through Saturday, no phone orders.

We really enjoyed the garlic noodles, musubi, toasts, short ribs, and veggies. I personally enjoyed the food so much that I stopped by lunch service. Picked up a Philly Melt, Salmon Soba Noodle Salad, and Vietnamese Coffee cookie. The food was made to order. It was prepared hot and fresh. The salmon had such good flavor. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the dressing for the soba noodles so I didn't get to enjoy it fully. Nonetheless, the Philly Melt was very savory and so good with the grilled onions. Cookie was also tasty and has a nice chew. Overall enjoyed Chef Carol's food and excited to come back for lunch service.

That is an unbelievable amount of time to wait. In addition, she did not give us everything we ordered. She ended up substituting some of the items. It was so very sad just thinking about this.
